Czekałem na tę książkę od momentu, kiedy usłyszałem o jej istnieniu. W ubiegłym roku, kiedy Jacek zaprosił mnie na dwudniowe symulacyjne wojenne gry z zespołem StrategyAndFuture, ujawnił kilka szczegółów na temat tej publikacji. Wspomniał, że będzie to książka, która ujawni struktury naszego społeczeństwa i zdemaskuje polityczny system funkcjonowania, a także nasze wady mentalne, które nas ograniczają, ale jednocześnie definiują jako Polaków. Jestem przekonany, że ta publikacja wywoła wiele zamieszania i ujawni niski poziom debaty publicznej. W artykule opublikowanym kiedyś w Washington Post pojawiło się sformułowanie, że jednym z ogromnych minusów w rozwoju Polski jest rozprzestrzenianie się po 1989 roku "polskiej klasy pasożytniczej". To określenie bardzo mnie zabolało, ale jednocześnie było trafne, więc cytowałem je przez lata.
Bardzo się cieszę, że Jacek zajął się tym tematem. Wierzę, że jest już najwyższy czas, abyśmy jako naród zerwali z uprzedmiotowieniem i stali się podmiotem. Jesteśmy na tyle wykształceni, bogaci, obyci lub pozbawieni kompleksów, aby to zrobić.
Chciałbym raz jeszcze pogratulować Jackowi publikacji i polecam ją wszystkim.
