An amazing couple, a gown (I have a thing for Galia’s wed couture), a wedding party we had so much fun with and families that showed nothing but immense love to everyone and so much gratitude towards vendors. Mariana
Cabo has always seemed effortlessly elevated. Minimalist and emotional and incredibly beautiful people everywhere.
And this was a perfect example of a San José del Cabo dream wedding, from one of my favorite venues to seeing so many dear past clients turned friends attending. Good, kind people, the ones that make your heart play their wedding again in your mind, like a well know movie.
Tommy and Juliette were and are loved by all these humans. In so many ways, in such high energy. From day one between a beach dinner sunset welcome to a wedding day morning filled with laughter and singing and memorable notes on napkins.
And all the way to a candelit dinner turned into a Dia de Los Muertos or Dia de los Muirheads party, as they called it, which included a live band featuring a singing groom turned rockstar and a bride carried into the crowd. A bicycle on the dance floor, a popsicle cart turned transportation, masks, custom Day of the Dead all and a sax player. Carat had it covered
Needles to say, their party deserves a post on it’s own.
Elegant, wild, beautiful and unforgettable.

The secret jungle pathway to the ocean. The villas. The dramatic endless pool. The lush gardens. The mexican modern vibe of it all. And that’s just the place where it happened.
Because the people I ran into breakfast every morning and kept laughing with made it real. The guys grabbing early coffee and riding to Jackson’s golf tournament. The girls sipping margaritas in bold fashion during the welcome party. Families standing on a hill overlooking the ocean sharing stories on the first night.
And on the wedding day: an oceanfront reception -architectonic jungle modern dream- turned -crazy glam dancing party and yes, burrito & quesadilla afterparty that went on and on.
There is no way I can fit 2000 images on a 3 day wedding on an IG carrousel. But I can fit Day One. And I can also say: As seen in Vogue.

As a photographer I am usually the one who delivers emotions, memories and trigger feelings. And I have to say, that it's not frequent when all this comes upon us. It feels so so good to be receiving all this now. The gratitude, the happy tears, the fist in the air, the impromptu weird dance (guilty), the wanting to call everyone and scream this out loud. It feels good to be on a place where the big names usually are. To be surrounded by the people I screenshot and save as inspiration. Also Congratulations to the other mind blowing 26 photographers throughout the world who were also honored on THE LIST. It’s pretty amazing find my name where I never thought it would be.
I am humbled and grateful and motivated and all. It's like a party was thrown and I am standing amid the full packed piñata and there's so much happy confetti that no logical words can really come out lol.
