Biscoff Coffee:
1. Biscoff Spread:
-2 packs of Biscoff biscuits (around 20 biscuits)
-1/2 cup condensed mulk
-1/4 cup warm milk
-2 tbsp butter
-a pinch of cinnamon
-pinch of salt
Blend thr biscuits first to form a coarse paste, then add all the ingredients to make the biscoff spread. Add a some more milk or condensed milk after tasting the blended spread - as per your taste and requirement
Other ingredients:
1 tbsp instant coffee
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp warm water
1 Cup milk
Lots of ice
In a glass, froth instant coffee, sugar, 1 tbsp biscoff spread and warm water to prepare the coffee mix
In your coffee glass, spread some biscoff spread on the sides of the glass
Add milk, followed by ice, top with frothy coffee mix
Enjoy chilled!

- 1 Cube Grated Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Cream
- Water if needed as per consistency
- Mixed Herbs & Chilli Flakes for seasonings
- Coriander for garnish
Herb Rice:
- 1 TSP Oil
- 12 - 15 Cloves Of Garlic
- 1- 2 TBSP Fresh Coriander
- Salt to Taste
- 1/2 TSP Pepper
- 1 TSP Chilli Flakes
- 1 Bowl Cooked Basmati Rice
Process:
- Melt butter in a pan and sauté garlic, onion, Blanched broccoli
To blanch the broccoli: Soak the broccoli florets in hot water for 2-3 mins, remove and wash with room temperature water
- Add spices as mentioned, followed by cheese, fresh Cream and water if required, garnish with coriander
- Serve with Herb Rice
2. Saucy Masala Corn & Herb Rice Bowl
Saucy Corn:
- 1 TBSP Butter
- 1 Cup Onion
- 1 TBSP Green Chillies
- 1/2 Cup Mixed Bell Pepper
- 1 Cup Corn
- Spice Mix
(Salt to taste, 1 TSP Pepper, A pinch of Turmeric, 1 TBSP Red Chilli Powder, 1 TBSP Jeera Powder)
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Cream mixed with 1 Cup Milk
- Coriander for garnish
Herb Rice:
- 1 TSP Oil
- 12 - 15 Cloves Of Garlic
- 1- 2 TBSP Fresh Coriander
- Salt to Taste
- 1/2 TSP Pepper
- 1 TSP Chilli Flakes
- 1 Bowl Cooked Basmati Rice
3. Creamy Pesto Paneer and Herb Rice
For the Pesto, Blend together:
- 1 Cup Spinach
- 4-5 Cloves Garlic
- 3/4 Cup Coriander
- 5-6 toasted walnuts
- 2 TBSP Cheese
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 TSP Lemon Juice
- 1 TBSP Oil
- A little water for consistency
Creamy Pesto:
- Pesto preparation
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Cheese Cube
- 2-3 TBSP Fresh Cream (Optional)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 TSP Chilli Flakes and Mixed Herbs
- Shallow-fried Paneer Cubes
Herb Rice:
- 1 TSP Oil
- 12 - 15 Cloves Of Garlic
- 1- 2 TBSP Fresh Coriander
- Salt to Taste
- 1/2 TSP Pepper
- 1 TSP Chilli Flakes
- 1 Bowl Cooked Basmati Rice

Ingredients for the fire garlic paste:
-8 to 10 Kashmiri red chillies deseeded
-5 to 6 cloves of garlic
-1 inch ginger
-1 tbsp coriander stem
-2 green chillies
Other ingredients:
-1 tsp oil
-Salt and pepper to taste
-1 tbsp ketchup/honey
-1 tbsp fresh coriander
Process:
Deseed dried Kashmiri red chillies and soak in warm water for 30 mins
Grind together all the ingredients for the chilli garlic paste with some water to form a sauce consistency
Heat oil in a pan, pour the chilli garlic paste and cook in medium flame for 5-8 mins Grind together
Add salt, pepper and ketchup or honey to balance the spices, mix well
For the Green Chutney, blend together:
- 1 Cup Coriander
- 1/2 Cup Mint
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1 Onion
- Salt To Taste
- 3 to 4 Ice Cubes
- 1/2 Inch Ginger
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1/2 Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Cup Beaten Curd
- Blend all the ingredients together except Curd. Once blended mix it with Curd to make the Chutney
Method:
- Apply butter and green chutney on both the bread slices and place 2 cheese slices to sandwich them together
- Melt butter in a pan and spread the prepared fire garlic paste on the pan, ensure the sandwich is well-coated in the sauce on both the sides

- A pinch Turmeric
- 1 TSP Kitchen King Masala
- 1 TSP Curry Powder
- 1 Cup Thick Curd
- 300-350 grams fried paneer cubes
- 1 TSP Garam Masala
- Fresh Coriander Leaves for garnish
Process:
- Pan-fry paneer cubes and keep it aside
- Sauté the ginger, garlic and green chilli base until golden-brown, followed by onion. Cook until well Caramalised
- Add the spices as mentioned and cook until the spices are well-absorbed
- Turn off the flame and add the thick curd, combine it well with the prepared base. Then turn on the flame and continuously stir, toss in the fried paneer cubes
- Top with fresh coriander leaves and it’s readyy🙌
- Serve with warm rotis

- 1 TBSP Butter
- 1 TBSP Oil
- 1 Cup Onion

- 2 TBSP Oil

1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
2 onion cut in slices
4-5 cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tbsp fresh coriander
1 cup milk
1-2 cheese slices
Slices of bread
Method:
- Add butter and oil in a pan, add onion slices and cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes until the onions turn translucent
- Add garlic, mix and cook for another 2 minutes
- Add salt, pepper, mixed herbs, chilli flakes and coriander.Mix well
- Add milk, mix and cook until the sauce starts to thicken an comes to a boil, and cheese slices, let it melt and mix with the sauce.
- Cook until the sauce its thick and creamy
- Apply this on warm crispy toasted bread and serve immediately
