Lessa le uova, raffreddale passandole nell’acqua fredda e sbucciale, dopodiché tagliale a metà.
Nel frattempo scalda una padella ed adagiaci 4 cucchiai di pecorino ben distanziati l’uno dall’altro e mettici sopra la metà d’uovo. Una volta che si sarà creata la crosticina spengi il fuoco e lascia raffreddare. Per un tocco in più servi con una goccia di maionese al centro ed una manciata di pepe.

* 1 spicchio d’aglio
* Basilico fresco
* Olio EVO
* 100 gr di parmigiano reggiano
* Sale e pepe
Procedimento�Soffriggi aglio e olio, aggiungi i datterini tagliati a metà, sale, pepe, tanto basilico e cuoci col tappo e cuoci a fuoco medio finché rilasciano il loro sughetto (circa 10-15 min).�Cuoci la pasta e, prima di unirla, aggiungi parmigiano reggiano grattugiato al sugo. Se necessario aggiungi un pochino d’acqua di cottura. �Salta le linguine in padella e completa con basilico fresco e un filo d’olio.

Ingredienti per 9 big cookies:
* 115 g burro freddo
* 160 g zucchero
* 2 uova medio-piccole
* 150 g di cioccolato
* 240 g farina 00
* ½ cucchiaino di sale
* 1 cucchiaio e mezzo di lievito in polvere
* Un pizzico di bicarbonato
Procedimento:
In una ciotola capiente lavora il burro freddo a cubetti con lo zucchero fino a ottenere una consistenza soffice (con l’aiuto delle fruste)
Aggiungi le uova e i pezzi di cioccolato.Unisci farina, lievito, bicarbonato e sale, mescolando delicatamente e non troppo. Lascia riposare in frigo 15-20 min. Forma delle palline di impasto con l’aiuto di due cucchiai o direttamente con le mani. Consiglio: Mettile in freezer per 30 minuti, ma se non hai tempo puoi infornarle anche subito. Cuoci in forno ventilato preriscaldato a 180°C per 15 minuti.

200 gr di rigatoni
120 gr di taleggio
1 bicchiere di latte (o acqua se preferisci)
80 gr di speck
sale, pepe, olio Evo q.b.
Procedimento:
cuoci i rigatoni in abbondante acqua salata nel frattempo taglia lo speck a listarelle e fallo diventare croccante in padella senza aggiungere grassi e mettilo da parte. Nella stessa padella aggiungi il taleggio a pezzetti e lascia sciogliere assieme ad un bicchiere di latte a fuoco dolce e mescolando. Scola la pasta e uniscila alla crema, aggiungi un po’ di acqua di cottura se serve per rendere tutto più avvolgente e completa con pepe e lo speck croccante sopra. Salva la ricetta e provala subito 😍
