More and more I see how much we try to sound perfect, look perfect, be perfect.
How easy it is to lose ourselves trying to be “good enough” or to please others.
I used to be that too a lot. cause it’s what I learnt growing up and cause I also was super disconnected from who I am.
I’m learning and trying everyday to just be me. to get to know me more and more.
what do I need? how can I be loving to myself? what are my boundaries? what do I want to express? what is alive in me?
To play and sing from what is.
To show the “ugly” side too. The fear, the tiredness, the sadness…. But also the joy, PLAYFULNESS and gratitude.
No more fake, no more shaping to be accepted and no more running after external validation… at least as much as I can… because: always learning!
Just being real
natural
raw
honest
alive
so human. And in these times I feel it’s getting important to BE that more and more….

I feel uncomfortable somewhere? Playing guitar helps to connect to myself. I have time to wait? I play my songs or improvise. I need to re-center myself? I play and sing from those emotions….
I am so excited and inspired always to learn and explore more and more…
I also never imagined I would even feel more comfortable singing with a guitar than with a piano… or that one day I would sing and write my own songs in different languages.
