On the way there, I was on the edge of a panic attack.

But when I move through it—or let someone hold me and support me—
I almost always end up somewhere I’m glad I went.
Living on a boat is teaching me this slowly.

Hoy levantamos el ancla solos en la mañana y luego de un tramo medio ventoso en el mar, nos embarcamos en una boya y lo logramos a la 1era. Primero D posiciona el barco cerquita, yo enlazo la boya con un gancho y me lanzo al mar a enlazar las demás cuerdas.
Aunque hay otros lugares en el mundo donde los cielos son más exóticos, nunca he visto cielos tan bonitos como aquí por las texturas de las nubes.

This time we went to new places on the English coast, sailed northward, and entered three different rivers to explore them. For the first three days, D’s parents and two friends joined us. Yesterday, we dropped them off at the train station and came to the last place we’ll stay before heading back to London (which is also the first place we came to on the boat).
Today, we raised the anchor on our own in the morning, and after a somewhat windy stretch at sea, we moored to a buoy and got it on the first try. First, D positions the boat close by, I hook the buoy with a pole, and then I jump into the water to secure the other ropes.
Although there are other places in the world where the skies are more exotic, I’ve never seen skies as beautiful as here, because of the textures of the clouds.
