I read an inquiry last night that described my work as “frozen in time” and I don’t think I ever heard anything more beautiful spoken about my work. As I entered this new year, raising my prices, changing my website, showcasing work that has never seen the light of day but I was so extremely proud of, I’m hearing from couples that are like a dream for me. Ones that just get it.
To be so honest with you guys, I didn’t think that I could ever get close to being where I am today.
- I never thought I was good enough
- I never believed I could become more skilled
- I doubted that my family life would work out
All of those things ended up working out anyways, Glory be to God.
And there just feels like something is shifting in the atmosphere idk. Am I the only one that feels it? I might be. I might be the only one who will read this caption all the way but Instagram is one big diary to me at this point. Anyways, please enjoy the most gorgeous, stunning, artful elopement photos ever of my dream couple Georgia & Jack. They were everything I could have asked for and more & I was blessed to work with MaKall once again in a long time!

I really don’t like talking about myself (lol) so just going to thank anyone who is reading this! So thankful for the thousands of people who have supported little ol me for so many years! SOTE was always bigger than “Kim” and that will never change. I am so thankful for the friends, family, and humans from around the world who share the most precious thing in life with me - time. Can’t wait to see what the Lord has in store.

I would have never thought that on November 15th 2025 in sunny Las Vegas NV that it would RAIN. Megan called me a few days before asking about a backup plan and I couldn’t be more thankful. We chatted briefly about umbrellas, reworking the timeline, etc but this is something I hadn’t ever encountered before. Like I said - I never thought it would rain in November. Even through all of our backup planning & discussing, the only thing we could do is figure it out on the day of.
When my husband/videographer and I set out to the getting ready location it started to drizzle very lightly. We prayed and left extremely early despite the original timeline just for any emergency switch ups. Upon arrival, we all knew it was going to rain for their wedding. And the thing that helped the most was Megan’s bridesmaids constantly reinforcing how much Megan loves the rain. They were so positive - saying things like, oh my gosh OF COURSE it would rain on your wedding day! It’s SO YOU! It helped us change our entire mindset from this is happening TO me to this is happening FOR me.
Other practical things we did that made a huge difference in the rain was taking all of her photos as early as humanly possible (note to self; rain only gets worse through the day, not better) and moving the ceremony inside. Ultimately, the lighting was practically the same except one location was much colder and more wet. And - we still got the shots Megan loved. We ran outside and risked the rain drenching her dress and captured moments under the arch where they would have been married.
I cannot emphasize enough the importance of having the RIGHT people beside you on wedding days to keep you sane because weddings can and always will - not go to plan. Choose the right people & nothing really can ruin your wedding day 💗 thank you so much to Megan & Connor for this beautiful beautiful and unforgettable day.

Ohhhhh my gosh, if only I could travel back in time to meet these two again!!!!! Kirstie + Michael are just those clients where you’re like… thank GOD you found me! 🥹 if chill was a person, it would be Kirstie and Michael. I just couldn’t get enough of them & they were the SWEETEST humans ever! Truly the best way to end my november was with them. Kirstie booked me almost a year before & every single one of our interactions were just so pleasant and wonderful. I have the best clients and I can’t express how grateful I am for these two!!! Can wait to see you on your next cruise, hahaha!!!

So thankful for the beautiful people that made last year soooo so special. Our calendar was jam packed so a few gorgeous galleries were delivered but hadn’t yet seen the light - this one with Liz & Jack definitely deserved some love. Being chosen as the photographer for Caesars Palace weddings again and again just feels, not only validating, but a huge blessing because it is my favorite venue in the entire world. I know this bazillion square mile property like the back of my hand and every Caesar’s wedding I have, I always get so excited about. I’m so thankful to Liz & Jack for allowing me to see them for their welcome party & their wedding - it was truly the most amazing time. So thankful for the beautiful team and people.

devine, andre and i all went out to the red rock mountains to capture these iconic engagement photos in the desert with a classic car from and it was seriously one of the most gorrrrgeous shoots 🩵 devine and andre have hands down become one of my favorite couples/humans of 2026, not only because they just value me as their photographer & got me a bag of the sweetest custom goodies (so SWEET) but also because they’ve really just put full trust in me and have such an artistic edge and vision that allows me to really enjoy my job and create something new.
i couldn’t be more happy with these photos & how we shot them. it was seriously such a fun & educational time trying to navigate busy roadways on a mountainside while moving with the sun to keep them looking as beautiful as ever. it really allowed me to pull out my technical skills of working with different lighting situations on the fly from my past experiences. ugh. i can’t get over this shoot and these two. SEE YOU GUYS IN MAY!!!!
