13 women. One beachfront home. Ocean views, slow mornings, beach walks, beach mandalas, vision boards, long lunches, board games in matching PJs, deep conversations, belly laughs, and the kind of connection you don’t forget.
This weekend was everything I hoped this community could become.

Yesterday, a group of women in our community sat in a room and got honest about something most people avoid:

We learned why we struggle with them and how to enforce them.
We even practiced the “dropping anchor” tool to stay grounded.

1. Delay your yes
→ “Let me get back to you” buys you time to choose, not react
2. Stop over-explaining
→ “I can’t make it” is a complete sentence
3. Hold the line when it’s tested
