It's here! We know a lot of you have been waiting for this one. We just cracked open this absolutely beautiful wheel of Colston Bassett Shropshire Blue which came to us all the way from in England. This cheese is of the highest quality, hand ladeled and uses a traditional recipe handed down for generations. Creamy on the tongue but with a lovely bite this is a phenomenal blue cheese! 🎄 🧀

La Religieuse from in Quebec is back in stock. Always a favourite around here wth its rich, melt in your mouth texture. Aged for 3 to 6 months and has a lovely savoury note. Great with lighter style red wines.

La Religieuse (the Nun) is a term used for the crust of cheese that forms at the bottom of a fondue pot or the crusty rind of a well grilled half wheel of raclette heated next to the fire.
