The Calypso Socks is a DK weight sock pattern using the simple seed stitch for a little bit of subtle texture. The socks are knit cuff down, with a heel flap and gusset, and an anatomical toe. They are knit in 1x1 ribbing for the cuff, and then simple seed stitch for the main sock, with stockinette on the bottom of the foot and for the toe. The pattern is designed for a contrast cuff, heel and toe, but has the option for the heel to be worked in the main colour if preferred.

absolutely crushed this advent palette! The variegated fade turned out so perfectly and this is now one of my favourite sweaters!! I knew this palette was going to be very me (blues and greens, duh!) but it turned out even better than I could have imagined! If you want to match me, there are a few extra boxes available at 12 pm PST!
The pattern is designed with the option to be knit solid, in stripes, or in a fade. Since this was designed in collaboration with Pasley Knits and their A Woman Scorned advent boxes for 2025, the intention was for the stripe version worked for the tonal boxes and the fade version worked for the variegated boxes. You could also work a solid version in one colour. The yoke is constructed using a contiguous saddle shoulder method to shape the shoulders first, then sleeve increases, and then raglan increases. The yoke section is worked to an upper bust measurement, and the body has some additional increases to the full bust measurement (size dependent). This is a size inclusive design, written for 11 sizes (30-70 inch / 75-175 cm finished bust, in 4 inch / 10 cm increments) and designed for 2-6 inches / 5-15 cm of positive ease.

This year was a big year for me. At the end of last year I was really struggling to keep up with my designing due to a lack of time and experiencing some major burnout with my other job. I made the decision to cut back from my full time job at the beginning of March to focus on my business (and my mental health), and it has been such a wonderful shift into more creativity and motivation and relaxation throughout the rest of the year!
So let's see some stats!
• 15 new designs released
• 2 sample knits completed
• 10 collaborations with dyers (one of my favourite parts about this business!)
• 63.5 knit projects completed
• 23 braids of fiber spun
• 13808 grams of yarn/fiber used
Out of those 63.5 projects, I knit:
• 15 sweaters
• 25 accessories (hats, ear warmers, scarves, shawls, mittens)
• 8 tanks/tees/vests
• 15.5 pairs of socks/slippers
Most of the projects were for my designs or a personal make, but I also made 14 hats and ear warmers for a local boutique shop for the holiday season!
I just wanted to say about HUGE thank you to you all for all the support and encouragement this year for my test calls and design releases and physical product sales! I was a bit nervous to be relying mainly on my business income this year after cutting back from my other job, but y'all showed up and got me through it!!
So excited to see what is in store for next year! I've already got lots of design plans and collabs in the works 🤭

I worked up my own Patchwork Pullover sample this fall for one of my Rhinebeck sweaters using Autumn in New York colourway, and I am just SOO happy with the finished piece! Such a fun design and a great way to combine a bunch of your favourite colours!
Now for anyone who had previously purchased either of the patterns, I can send the updated copies to you. I thought I'd be able to easily do this in Ravelry but it seems I was wrong, so I've created a Google form where you can request the updated copies via email or Ravelry and provide proof of your original purchase.

This is such a versatile pattern. It comes with two different weight options (DK and fingering), and three sizes (scarf, shawl and blanket)! It's the perfect intro to brioche, especially two-colour brioche, since its a very simple rectangular construction, and its very easy to customize for a different size or number of colours!

The #PatchworkPullover and #GinghamPullover were both originally design commissions for back in 2022 and 2023 for their Autumn and Spring tonal kits. I have recently gotten the pattern rights back and can now sell the patterns through my own shops!
Since my pattern writing has changed and improved over the years, I decided to make a few updates to the patterns before relaunching them. The format now matches my current patterns, and I have included both imperial and metric values. The actual instructions remain the same, just written up in a slightly different format!
I have also decided to include the Gingham Pullover as an additional PDF included with the Patchwork Pullover! They were originally two separate patterns, but I've decided to combine them for the relaunch. The Gingham Pullover has the same construction and general instructions as the Patchwork Pullover, but it has a Gingham square layout (so different numbers of required colours and yardage estimates), and is also designed with a little less positive ease and body length (so slightly different stitch and row counts).
For those that had purchased either of these patterns through Sewrella on Ravelry, I will send both updated patterns once they go live. For those that purchased through Sewrella's website, I am happy to send them by email with proof of original purchase.
I'm excited to get these back out to you! I made my own sample recently and wore it to Rhinebeck this year and it reignited my excitement for these designs!!

- Available in a wide range of sizes, this pattern has several little touches that will make it the perfect sock. With small little cables that travel the leg of the sock as well as simple colorwork (one color per row), anybody can make this sock.
- Easy to follow with fun pops of detail and colour.
- This pattern is such a fun way to add some extra color pops and texture, without being too complicated. Once you get going and establish the pattern, it is very intuitive. The cabled butterflies also are just ridiculously cute!
- These socks are so cute! I’ve made many socks before so this isn’t my first rodeo. But this charming pattern is so fast to knit up and has such a dainty butterfly stitch that just adds to the beauty.
- Don't let "cables on a fingering weight sock" scare you; these socks work up so quickly and the crisscross detail adds the perfect level of pizzazz!!
- These socks are delightful to knit! The 2 stitch cables are easy and so cute! And the little pops of color using mosaic knitting are perfect.
- This makes for a really cute pair of socks, and I love the anatomical toes!

This design has a few fun little elements, such as some mosaic knitting colourwork, some cabled butterflies, and anatomical toes! The texture and colourwork show up best with high contrast combos, especially with tonals or soft variegateds, but it still looks great with busier variegateds or lower contrast combos!
