Wir beginnen das neue Jahr nicht mit Vorsätzen, sondern mit ZuhÜren und Mitsingen.
Am Sonntag, den 4. Januar, laden wir euch herzlich zu einem besonderen Neujahrs-Satsang ein â kostenfrei, offen fĂźr alle, getragen von Musik, Stille und gemeinsamer Praxis.
Dieser Abend ist eine Einladung, bewusst anzukommen:
bei dir selbst, in der Gemeinschaft, im neuen Jahr.
Moritz wird durch den Abend fĂźhren, Kirtan singen und den Raum halten. Wie immer gibt es zu Beginn eine kurze Meditation, um gemeinsam anzukommen und den Alltag hinter uns zu lassen.
Als Special Guest freuen wir uns auf Tobias aka Ballaram, Jivamukti Yoga Lehrer aus Stuttgart und leidenschaftlichen Kirtan-Musiker. Seit vielen Jahren verbindet Tobias seine Yogapraxis mit der Kraft des Bhakti Yoga und des gemeinsamen Singens von Mantras. Sein Zugang zu Kirtan ist eine echte Herzpraxis â meditativ, verbindend und zugleich lebendig. In seinen Kirtans entsteht ein Raum fĂźr Gemeinschaft, Hingabe und musikalische Tiefe, in dem Klang und Rhythmus in eine direkte spirituelle Erfahrung fĂźhren.
Begleitet wird der Abend wie immer von Niklas an den Drums, der den Raum rhythmisch trägt und Üffnet.
Zum Abschluss kommen wir in einem Lichtritual â Ärati zusammen: ein gemeinsames Innehalten, ein stilles DankeschĂśn, ein bewusstes Ausrichten fĂźr das, was kommen darf.
Es wird Mantra-Gesang geben, Stille, Gemeinschaft und Präsenz.
Ein Abend ohne Leistungsanspruch, ohne Ziel.
Ein Anfang, der weich ist.
