In the end, we went for puppy yoga at in Birmingham and it was honestly perfect. The pups were so confident and well cared for, and it’s such a lovely way to boost serotonin (we definitely spent more time cuddling than doing yoga!).
But the biggest gift of all? Seeing my daughter home from Durham. My heart’s full. 💛
