The best was bike! Around 2075m (6808ft) of elevation =) 180km / 112miles I did in 5h 39m 41s and this is 4th time =) during race. Really that wasnt My day and I know I could do it better next time.
I was 10th overall and 8th in big age category 18/39.

Mój trzeci IRONMAN (Dalesman triathlon) zaliczony =) Jestem bardzo zadowolony z wyniku. Mój nowa życiówka to 10h 44m 18s, szybciej o 44m 30s. Zrobiłem Marathon PB 3h 47m 35s czyli o 41m 39s szybciej. Mój czas przejścia z pływania na rower T1 2m 15s to 2 najszybszy czas i przejście rower bieg T2 2m 11s to 3 czas na zawodach=)
Najlepszy był rower! Około 2075m (6808ft) wspinaczki =) 180km / 112mili zrobiłem w 5h 39m 41s i jest to 4. czas =) na wyścigu. Naprawdę to nie był mój dzień i wiem, że następnym razem mógłbym zrobić to lepiej.
Byłem 10. w klasyfikacji generalnej i 8. w dużej kategorii wiekowej 18/39.
