予選1位通過🔥
決勝1位🏆
という結果を残す事ができました！
昨年一般クラスで優勝
今回はエキスパートクラスで優勝
この流れは素直に嬉しいです✨
なによりもFSJ CUPで撃沈していたので、挽回できてホッとしました😎
グラトリの大会でも、予選1位からの決勝1位の難しさは何度も見てきたので緊張しました😂
あの日、あの瞬間、あの場での結果であり、優勝できた事は素直に喜ばしいですが、1番上手いとか最強！とかは全く思えてません！
むしろその逆で、トリックの難易度やレパートリー、ヒット数、オリジナリティ、漕いで板を動かすスキル等まだまだと痛感しています！やりたいことが沢山あるので残りのシーズンも練習に励みたいと思います🔥
レパートリーは決めて暗記していきましたが、午前のセッションに面白いアイデアが生まれ、予選2本目に入れ込みました！
洋平くんのショットガンモーションをやったり、2本目はとにかく楽しくできて、勝負に関係なく自由なこういうランディングがいいなと思いました！
決勝は最後15秒くらいに冷静になり過ぎてチキってしまったのが心残りです💦

毎年違うオフを過ごしてるので
シーズンインで

今年は特にサップシーズンイン早かったので、例年より運動量が増えてます🙂↕️

サップはマジで全身運動
水の上という不安定な場所で
常にバランスを取る運動は
様々な関節や微細な筋肉が活発に活動させなければならないので、リカバリー能力の向上は絶対🔥
特に『足首、股関節、肩甲骨』を使う意識を最近はしてる。
様々なジャンルに挑戦する事で新しい感性を得られたり、今の経験値を新しいジャンルに置き換えてみたり、おかげさまでシーズンインに向けて楽しみな事が次々押し寄せてきております🙂↕️
