Designed by, the building sits quietly within the Whistler forest, with a dark exterior that recedes into the trees and warm hemlock wood running through the interior and entry spaces. As visitors move through the Museum, there’s a clear sense of connection - between the building, the light, and the surrounding cedar and spruce forest.
You can dive deeper into the architecture of the building by joining the Museum for weekly Architectural Tours, which take place each Friday from 1:00pm - 2:00pm, and are complimentary with daily admissions.
