昨日は善兵衛農園（ ）のみかんの花摘みに参加してきました‼︎
とにかく良い香り🍊🌸
いつ見てもみかん畑の力強さには圧倒されます‼︎
角度が急な山道を歩き、
みかん畑の中を沢山潜り抜けて
それぞれのみかんの木に咲いてる花を
摘花をしてきました🌸
どこもかしこも
ほんとうに良い香りがします。
「良い匂い〜」と思わず口に出てしまいます🤭
参加者みんなで詰んだみかんの花は、
「花びら」だけの状態に。（これがまた大変な数と作業なのです）
🍊ちゃんもいっぱいお手伝いしてくれました💪✨
花を選抜した後は
さんがシロップへと加工してくださいます
今年も本当に香りが良く、
透き通った色の美味しそうなシロップ♡
香りを生かしたトゥシェドゥボワらしい形に仕上がるのが
とても楽しみです😊🙌

３週間も営業休んでたんやから準備ばっちりやろ！！と、思いますよね。思いますよね…
ギリギリで…😭😭
ありがたいことに、セカンドブランドであるORIGAMIのスタートが
阪急百貨店でとても忙しくさせていただき
結局慌ただしく営業再開となります
そのため、予定していたケーキが全種揃っておりません🙇♀️
日曜には揃うとのことなので、明日の営業はケーキの種類は控えめです🙇♀️
でもでも、ケーキを仕込んでいる時の香りや使ってる素材
プライスカードを作っている時の文章、すべてが
ひさしぶりだなー！この感じ！となっております
お客様にはあまり伝わらない感覚ですが😂
トゥシェドゥボワらしい香りとか素材とか形とか、
そんなのがあるのです😌
一般的に好まれる苺のショートケーキやチーズケーキなどは完全になくなりましたし、価格もかなり上げてます
でも私たちはこの方がやりがいがあるし楽しいです
