My name is Pranthik ( prawn 🍤 - thick). I’m a self taught photographer, videographer and I love making cocktails and learning about spirits. I started this page back in 2020 as a creative outlet to share and learn about cocktails and improve my photography.
Why “part-time” mixologist? Well my full time job was a Software Engineer but I’m currently taking a break from engineering and making content full time. It’s been a long time dream of mine to one day focus exclusively on photography and videography and the stars lined up recently to try it out! 😀 I still like engineering - I learned a lot of valuable skills and lessons that are applicable to making content. I’ve also ran A TON of happy hours at my previous engineering jobs. A shout out to one office manager who let me build out a bar at the office. I probably made hundreds manhattans & margaritas there...
Will you become the “full-time” mixologist now? lol I get this a lot and the answer is no - making drinks is only a part of what I do. In the coming months I’m planning to share more about gardening, cameras, sustainability, cooking 👨🏽🍳 and hosting - all spheres of influence that mean a lot to me and play an important part in making cocktails & content.
