Zo gezellig dat Pasen er weer aankomt. De tafel extra mooi dekken, allerlei lekkers maken en deze keer met de vruchtenspreads van St. Dalfour. Ik at ze vroeger als kind al, omdat ik niet zo goed tegen geraffineerde suikers kon. Blijft dus toch een beetje nostalgie in een potje!
De vruchtenspreads zijn 100% natuurlijk en je kunt er echt alle kanten mee: op een croissant, bij toast of scones, bij kaas (de vijg is dan heel lekker), door je yoghurt of zelfs bij een cake of pavlova.
En eerlijk… die potjes alleen al maken je tafel meteen gezelliger. Zeker met een beetje mooi servies en voorjaarsbloemen! Wat staat er bij jou op de paasbrunch? 💛

Dit recept is geïnspireerd op de mosselen die ik ooit at in Normandië. Op het strand van Deauville, met crème fraîche en Calvados. Sindsdien ben ik verkocht! In deze versie vervang ik de Calvados door cider. Net iets toegankelijker, maar nog steeds helemaal die Franse sfeer.
