Un año de mirar atrás y sonreír con calma.
De volver a encontrarme conmigo mismo: con mi yo deportivo, con mi yo laboral, con la parte de mí que necesitaba recordar quién era y hacia dónde quería ir.
Ha sido un año de reencuentros.
Con amigos que siempre estuvieron, incluso cuando el tiempo parecía decir lo contrario.
Pero, sobre todo, un año de volver a casa.
De valorar a la familia, ese refugio constante, ese apoyo silencioso que no falla, incluso cuando uno duda de sí mismo.
Ha sido un año de gratitud.
De tener la suerte de que personas confíen en mí para acompañarlas en sus objetivos: deportivos, de salud, emocionales o laborales.
De ser parte de procesos, de cambios, de caídas y de logros que no siempre se celebran en voz alta, pero que dejan huella.
2025 me recordó que el crecimiento real nace del equilibrio.
De saber cuándo empujar y cuándo parar.
De entender que nada tendría sentido sin las personas que caminan a tu lado, dentro y fuera del foco.

Me llevo un 5º puesto en clasificación general y una Medalla de chocolate en mi grupo de edad, pero sobre todo me llevo una gran experiencia en mi segundo Hyrox después de Madrid.
