Sigo en un mar de nubes y con resaca emocional, todavía me tiemblan las piernas cuando recuerdo lo vivido este pasado domingo por las calles de Sevilla hasta llegar a la meta del paseo de las delicias.
Me gusta hacer de lo imposible lo posible, convertir lo normal en inusual y esto solo se lograría entrenando mucho, creyendo en mí misma y dedicar muchas horas y sobre todo disfrutar del proceso.
Aunque soy una novatilla en esto de los maratones ( mi segundo maratón ) he aprendido que el corredor tiene q ser sabio para encontrar la grandeza en la disciplina diaria, en la aceptación de sus límites y en la perseverancia. Ahí está la rudeza del maratón ❤️
Te hace conocerte a ti misma y te hace sacar de lo más profundo aquello q crees q no tenías.
Llego el día y yo sabia,el ritmo que mis piernas podían soportar para conquistar esa distancia y así fue hasta el kilometro35 fui como un reloj suizo, la alimentación perfecta y cuerpo/mente funcionando, los ultimos7 km fueron puramente mentales, mi cabeza solo iba pensando en los entrenamientos con agua, madrugones, entrenos duros tras la jornada laboral, renuncios a planes molones con mis amigas, No a pasar tiempo con mis padres,renuncios a mis amigas.. gracias por entenderme.
Todo esfuerzo tiene su recompensa y yo estoy súper feliz 😊.
Como todo en la vida … es cuestión de ACTITuD y saber que el sufrimiento es temporal y la gloria es eterna.

Hace una semana de ese día y todavía sigo con resaca emocional, experiencia inolvidable, una disciplina que tiene una esencia especial donde pones a prueba
🫀&🧠.
En lo personal súper contenta mi primer maratón y prueba de asfalto en general y consiguiendo con creces mi objetivo que era sub 3:30.
Todo el esfuerzo, disciplina, sacrificio, constancia dio sus frutos.
Fui como un reloj suizo cada km, y la alimentación me salió perfecta sin tener ningún tipo de calambre ni dolor muscular, todo a la perfección.
Ahora ya recuperada, volvemos a lo que más nos gusta mi querido monte, pero sin dejar de lado el asfalto.. antes que acabe el año igual cae otro maratón san Sebastián?? Valencia?? 🧐🧐.
Como dice NADAL: todo esfuerzo es lo q merece la pena.
