Everything changed when I decided to:
1. eat enough and delicious food (if you follow me, you already know that)
2. work out to improve my performance (overload and take to failure)
3. trust myself and my body
4. forget about the number on the scale
My weight then changed in different phases of my āfitness journeyā but I didnāt care to much because the BIGGEST difference was made from building muscle. This allowed me to:
- eat the food I love (instead of the flavorless ādietā food).
This was HUGE, food is such a pleasure and part of the social life. Restricting your food can be actually conterproductive if you want results on the long run. Food is needed to fuel your workouts and muscle repair
- enjoy my workouts and being more active overall. More

But the progress from September 22 to January 23 has made me a lot more confident.
Managed to drag myself to the gym consistently atleast 6 days a week even when I havenāt felt like it! An hour at the gym only takes up 4% of your day, so itās definitely been worth it. Still got a long way to go though š
