I have found some beautiful vintage silver serving pieces, and y’all know I love anything with age, patina, and a little story. It does not have to be fancy around here — real silver, silver plated, a little distressed, a little tarnished… I love it all. That worn, collected look is exactly what makes it beautiful to me. ✨
The best part? The most expensive piece was only $12 for the larger tray, another big tray was $10, and the rest were mostly $3 to $5. You just can’t beat a good vintage find! 😍
I’ll be bringing all of these treasures back to Alabama and styling them on our kitchen shelves, counters, and hopefully in the dining area too. I am so excited to see this vintage silver mixed with my crocks, ironstone, wooden spoons, rolling pins, and all those cozy country layers.

They’re actually industrial food trays/baskets that go in refrigeration units, and I’ve had mine for over 20 years! If you ever go looking for something similar, try searching for freezer storage racks, freezer baskets, or wire storage totes. Most of them come in black or white, but you know what I always say… spray paint is our best friend! 😄🙌
I love adding those collected, useful, a-little-bit-rusty, a-little-bit-patriotic pieces that make a kitchen feel warm, lived-in, and full of stories. That’s the Honeycomb House way. 🐝🏡
