Here’s the thing though, the moment I climbed high above Zion Canyon and the Virgin River I was immediately awestruck and speechless. My whole perspective of Zion immediately changed and I remember feeling a deep sense of gratitude for my Creator I’ve never felt before. It felt like a monumental moment to experience this with my fearless 7 and 13 year old boys and my friend,. The rest of our group, thoroughly enjoyed the journey with us to get to Angles Landing. The iconic Walters Wiggles switchbacks and Scouts Landing make this trek exciting for everyone.
Angles Landing taught me to never judge a place by a first visit experience; to always give places (and people for that matter 😉) another chance. This view will always hold a special place in my heart. 🧡

2024 has been a wild ride! We experienced a lot of ups and downs this year, but the triumphs far outweigh the challenges we faced. It’s through these memories we build our excitement for new adventures in 2025. Here are some of the highlights from 2024…
✨Kenzie turned 18 years old a few days ago and calls us her friend now 🥰. We have 5 children ages 3-18 so our days feel short but our hearts are full.
✨We celebrated Kenzie’s graduation from high school with a spectacular Christmas trip to NYC
✨We moved into a historic home in a cute lake town in Michigan to take a short sabbatical from RV living
✨We completed our 4th year on the road and accomplished our goal of exploring 48 states as full-time RVers
✨We traveled through 17 states- from Southern California to Northern Michigan and one of our favs, the Florida Keys
✨We hiked with Bryce in Bryce Canyon National Park and brought him to the exact spot we chose his name in 2021
✨We hiked the epic Angels Landing trail in Zion National Park
✨We fell in love with spending winters in the mountains skiing and snowboarding
✨We hiked to view countless sunrises and sunsets
✨We re-explored our favorite places (Sedona and S. Utah)
✨Dawson started his RV wash and detail business at age 13
✨Our boys participated in football and cross country
✨I fell in love with running again and Tab completed 75 Hard
✨We answered the call to go serve residents in North Carolina affected by Hurricane Helene
✨Caden tagged his first deer and our 3 oldest boys have enjoyed a season of hunting with my dad
✨We celebrated Thanksgiving and Christmas in a house for the first time in 4 years!
We experienced countless blessings, incredible adventures and grew closer as a family. I think the most exciting thing is not knowing what will happen in 2025. Embracing the unexpected road ahead is part of the joy in the journey.

Bryce👦🏼April 2024➡️🤰🏽April 2021
The hike that changed our lives three years ago continues to change us today. On this day exactly 3 years ago we not only hiked Bryce Canyon National Park in Utah we also chose our baby’s name. To travel full circle back to the park to repeat the same hike with our now 2.5 year old named Bryce will be remembered as our most memorable day as a full-time RV family. It was a combination of witnessing Bryce’s eyes of wonder, the white snow contrasting the orange hoodoos, our family bonding through laughter and storytelling on the trail, and the rainbow that said “goodbye” to us on our way out of the park- it was all a dream come true for us. 🌈 ✨🧡
If we ever get called to exit road life my heart is already full. Our RV journey has come full circle and our visit to this national park leaves me feeling content with all the ups and downs this lifestyle has presented for our family over the past 3.5 years. I haven’t done everything but I’ve certainly experienced everything I’ve ever dreamed of doing.

🥾Hike Navajo Trail switchbacks down to Peekaboo Loop (do the full loop) and hike back up Navajo Trail- this route will get you epically close to the famous hoodoos and trust me, every turn will leave you speechless!

🚙After the hike drive to Sunrise, Bryce, Inspiration and Rainbow Points for some extra jaw dropping viewpoints

It’s been a little over 18 months since we joined the full-time RV lifestyle. During that time we have explored 24 states + 24 national parks, had our 5th child, established a remote business to support our family, and met so many new friends along the way. Over the next 18 months we anticipate adding a number of new states and national parks to our travel map. We are thrilled to represent Keystone as a large family creating memories in our RV while working, homeschooling, exploring, and traveling the country. It’s going to be a fun ride and we are excited to share this next season with you all! 🎉
