私も、藤田麻衣子さんも、エンジニアの方も含め、
皆でたくさんこだわって、作り上げた作品です。

『会いたくて』は、昨年亡くなったお父さんを想って作った曲ですが、実は、リリースライブ当日の今日は、一昨年亡くなった じい の誕生日でした。
血の繋がりはないけれど、赤ちゃんの頃から本当の家族のように育ててくれた大切な人です。
お父さんを想った曲のリリースライブと、じいの誕生日が同じ日で、きっと何か意味があるんだろうなと思いながら、今日はお父さんとじい、2人のことを想って歌っていました。
MCでは緊張してしまって、伝えきれなかったことがあるので、長いですが、ここに書きます🙏🏻
お父さんは、毎日仕事で疲れて帰ってきているのに、欠かさず料理を作ってくれていました。
学生の頃の私は、それが愛だということに気付いていなくて、それが当たり前だと思っていました。
3年以上前、お父さんは脳梗塞で倒れて、その後2年半くらい寝たきりの生活を送っていて、私は後悔しないように、月に1回、夜行バスで大阪へ会いに帰っていました。
そして昨年9月、お父さんは高熱を出して亡くなりました。
今でもまだ信じられないし、まだ会える気がするし、実感なんて湧きません。
いつか結婚して、一緒にバージンロードを歩く日が来ると思っていました。
子どもができて、一緒に喜んで抱っこしてくれる日が来ると思っていました。

私は中学1年生の時、がんになりました。
抗がん剤治療で髪がほとんど抜けてしまったり、毎日吐いたりして、絶望していました。
そんな時、支えてくれたのは家族でした。
食欲がなくて病院食も食べられなかった私のために、お父さんは料理を持ってきてくれました。
お母さんは毎日欠かさず、朝から晩まで病院へ来て、そばにいてくれました。
音楽にも、生きる力と勇気をもらいました。
5年かけて病気を乗り越えられたのは、家族と音楽のおかげです。

今回『会いたくて』を作ってくださった藤田麻衣子さんは、
私の人生を支えてくださったアーティストさんです。
藤田麻衣子さんの曲を4曲、歌わせていただきました。
中学1年生の時に聴いていて励まされていた
『あなたは幸せになる』
上京して初めて作ったオリジナル曲の参考曲でもあった
『素敵なことがあなたを待っている』
（今回は歌っていないですが🙇♂️）
そして今回初披露した、
『あなたが教えてくれたこと』
歌手の道を選び、家族と離れて暮らす今の私の気持ちと重なる、大切な曲です。
今でも時々思うことがあります。
もし歌手の道を選ばず、上京していなかったら、お父さんは今も生きていたんじゃないか。
もしお母さんのそばにいたら、うつ病にならず、今も明るい笑顔のままでいてくれたんじゃないか。
そんなことを考えてしまう日があります。
そして、こちらも初披露の『絆』
今回のクラウドファンディングを通して、
1人では叶えられないことも、みんなとなら叶えられること。
人との繋がりや愛の大きさを、改めて感じました。
最初は私1人の夢だった紅白出場という夢も、
今ではみんなの夢になっている。
出会えてよかったし、絆や仲間ができてよかった。
そんなふうに思える皆さんに出会えたことが、私の宝物です。
想い入れの深い藤田麻衣子さんに、素敵な楽曲を作っていただき、楽曲プロデュースまでしていただけたこと。
そして、クラウドファンディングで支えてくださった皆さんの愛のおかげで、この作品が生まれたこと。
本当に幸せです。
皆さんの愛でできた、最高の作品です。
改めて、本当にありがとうございました。
