was kind enough to gift me this super sweet package, so we made mummy pudding. It’s the cutest Halloween treat for any party or school event and takes second to make.
Place two edible eyes, then pipe frosting using a #47 tip. We used vanilla pudding, but you can use any flavor as long as your frosting is white. That’s it!!!!

1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon vanilla flavoring
2 to 3 tablespoons sweetener
2 sugar-free cherry cups
1 cup no sugar added pineapple bits
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Dark or milk chocolate
🍒 Mix all ingredients, except for the chocolate, together in a bowl. Add additional vanilla flavoring or sweetener to taste.
🍍 Using an ice cream scoop, form clusters and scoop onto parchment paper. Freeze for 2 to 4 hours.
🥥 Dip clusters into melted chocolate. For a creamier center, place in fridge for 30-60 minutes. Enjoy!
