Séoul, day 11,.
For the second time in 4 years, I’m stepping away from the World Championships’ mats with a silver medal around my neck.
As similar as this experience can get to Bern 2023, yesterday, silver had a very, VERY, special taste.
Special because I brushed the gold with the tips of my fingers.
Special because in this moment, climbing felt like destiny, complicated yet all mapped out.
Special because for the first time ever since my first World Cup, I had the level, ability, and strength to TRULY win.
Yesterday, I did not seize the opportunity offered to me. I couldn’t bring myself to reach that last hold I wanted, needed, so much.
But with time, I learnt wanting something never really is enough. I learnt regrets never really erase themselves, and past mistakes will always remain. But life goes on, and for every experience lived, there is a lesson waiting to be learnt.
Today, and everyday, I will remember the overwhelming feeling of disappointment I drowned into after my last attempt.
Until I win.
I will remember the painfully hard work and sacrifices I made towards the goal of being the best version of myself everyday.
Until I win.
I will remember these four finals boulders and the pressure I put myself through to not give away anything, everyday.
Until I win.
And I will remember how climbing changed my life, my dreams, and myself, before anything else.
Merci Nico, encore, pour l’énième fois, d’avoir cru en moi, en nous.
Un jour après l’autre, une heure après l’autre, un moment après l’autre.
Car le moment présent a un avantage sur tous les autres, il nous appartient.
Yesterday night was the last stage out of the 6 World Cups.
Looking back at the past few months, I’m feeling incredibly proud of the physical and mental work my team & I put in.
6 comps, 5 finals, 4 podiums, 3 silver medals & 1 gold medal, turning into 2 here in Innsbruck, for the overall World Cup ranking.
I’ve always struggled to climb consistently, firstly between trainings, then comp rounds, and different stages all year were no exception.
Knowing this, and before this season started, we decided this year would be about consistency, and the overall ranking felt like a good goal to aim for.
This season wasn’t easy, it was probably the hardest I’ve done actually, but also the most fulfilling.
I’m proud and so excited to bring back home (along with the silver WC and gold overall medals) the feeling of a great season - long, draining, but full of successes and lessons.
Thank you to the French team, for making this year the best of my life.
Thank you Nico for believing in me everyday,
thank you to my family, because all of this is the fruit of all’s efforts and trust.
And lastly, thank you Innsbruck ❤️🔥
I’ll just let myself float a little longer.
What a comp, what a round, what a scenario, and more importantly what a team.
To be honest, it’s not exactly the way I wanted to bring the win back home. I felt strong going towards finals, and Prague has always been one of my favorite places ever. I wanted to put on the best show and climb the best I could.
Walking through the same corridors I did two years ago, looking at the same walls and standing on the same mats as in 2023, it all felt special, just like it was yesterday.
The weather had been playing with us a lot this week, and we knew this could happen.
I said in previous posts I wanted to be consistent, as much in life as in the different rounds of the comps I will take part in.
This Friday and Sunday, I was, and I am proud of the mindset and climbing I showed here in Prague, even if one round is missing.
My semis round was one of the best I’ve done, and as I am disappointed I couldn’t climb some more in finals, what a feeling it is to WIN!
After 3 comps and 3 time failing to grab my chance, what a feeling to go back home with everything I’ve been training for.
What a feeling to see win on Saturday, and dream all night of winning at the same time.
What a feeling to call and tell him work is paying off, and I am stepping on the highest step of the podium. Nothing and nobody could take this away from me.
I love climbing.
Thank you for doing what you could to keep the comp going all weekend, thank you to the setters for the good climbing and some super cool boulders, thank you to the volunteers for helping out on some interesting and not so fun situations, thank you to the crowd - the people, for creating an atmosphere we can only ever dream of.
Always a pleasure Salt Lake City ❤️🔥
3rd World Cup this year, and already 3rd final… what a year..
Finished 4th this weekend.
A little disappointed, of course, but climbing was fun!!
Those last few months and the few comps I’ve had the opportunity to participate in were full of surprises and emotions, lots of questions and not so many answers, but there is one thing I can say and am sure of: showing up day after day is what really moves things forward.
Consistency matters more than momentary perfection.
I want to stay consistent, keep pushing and putting the work, even - and especially - when it’s tough, because this is when it really matters.
So many lessons learnt, some still need processing, but I’m going back home with 2 medals and a 4th place, 3 qualis, 3 semis and 3 finals, and a big potential and will to be better.
Still trying to find my « why » and really understand who I am, but one thing I know.. my place is right here, and I won’t be leaving so soon ❤️🔥
Thank you everyone for the support, thank you for making me feel at home everyday and everywhere I go. What makes it all worth it is sharing this with such amazing people. Feeling grateful for that more than anything ❤️🔥
We’ll keep pushing — slowly but surely ⚡️
I have a feeling we’re not done yet 👊
So many hugs and laughs this weekend, this is what sport is about ❤️🔥
I love you Salt Lake City, see you next year ❤️
Curitiba, thanks for the lessons 🥈❤️🔥
Many things to say and many emotions to share, but I’ll be brief as the Salt Lake World Cup is already around the corner 👊
After a good qualifying round and decent semis, finals were probably my favorite round climbing wise.
I felt great, motivated and most importantly, very confident. The crowd was huge, and we had 4 boulders set just for us to play on… let’s say we very much felt at home ❤️🔥
Sadly, mistakes on B4 made me go from 1st to 2nd in just a few seconds. Safe to say I’m pretty disappointed, having the level and desire to win -yet still missing- because of errors that could have very much been avoided, feels awful.
But even if I’m leaving Brazil without the ending I hoped for, I’m grateful. I got the opportunity to climb and enjoy once again 3 rounds in an incredibly high level field. This is comp climbing. These are emotions I’m lucky to feel, I have the chance to do what I love as a living, and as work starts to pay off, I know I want more. Thank you climbing, for teaching me nothing comes for granted.
Salt Lake City, I’m coming 😈
Un bravo tout special pour ta belle win bien méritée, à pour ta première et très très belle demi 🫶, pour ton beau retour sur le podium, et bravo à toute l’équipe, le combat continue⚡️
🩰
Just got back from China & already felling excited for the next one… let’s keep this mood & energy going ❤️🔥
Great sessions, great boulders and lots of fun these past few days, I love climbing.
Thanks for all the support, I missed this feeling!!
See you all VV soon 🇧🇷⚡️
👠
Keqiao, thank you ❤️🔥
I thought stepping back on the mats after this big of a break would not be easy, and I could not have been more wrong.
The past month of training felt like a short weekend. I discovered once again this sport I love so much, and how it is what makes me feel alive.
I took the time to breathe, to understand why I chose to do this, to move without pressure, to rebuild and create, step by step, a confidence I’d never experienced before.
Keqiao was my first international competition in almost a year.
I’m coming home with a great 2nd place, not exactly what I was hoping for to be completely honest, but more than the result, it’s the feeling of being truly in my place that means the most to me. Calm, grounded, present.
Something has shifted, I’m no longer fighting against myself or the fear of losing - I’m moving with purpose.
I’m starting the season exactly how I wanted to, with confidence, clarity, and with the quiet certainty that I’m exactly where I need to be.
Merci Nico for your patience, and your unwavering belief in me. We’ll make it happen, just like we always did, just like we always do.
Merci yasu 🩰!!

What I’ve been up to the last few weeks…
What a month!!
Training has been great, but most importantly… the fun is back!!🤩
Merci d’avoir continué d’y croire, ça repart ⚡️
Leaving for China next week, we’ll be out of Europe for almost a month for the Brazilian and SLC World Cups… bring it on 👊
No words. Just pictures. Just a few tears, just a few hugs, just a few hours - of working and hoping we did it right.
Yesterday, on Sunday 29th of October, I took my ticket for the Paris 2024 Olympics.
I’m immensely grateful.
I’m proud, as much as I’m honored.
Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart.
After the world champs, Laval became the biggest competition of the season for me. We had 2 months of preparation until then, and the goal was to be in the best shape possible.
We worked a lot, we gave ourselves a chance to do things better, better than what we thought was perfect. Guess what? It wasn’t, and it will never be. We can do things the way we want, it’ll never be and the hunt for perfection is what’s so amazing about sports to me.
The only thing I know is, I’ve never been so strong and confident in my life.
I wanted to show myself what I was capable of.
I had the chance to climb in front of my people, and I took it. I can’t and will never be able to thank them enough.
Laval was a step, big step yes, but let’s keep going. Eyes on training. Eyes on details. Eyes on Paris. Because as I said, I want to show myself what I’m capable of, and I’ll work as hard as needed to reach my goals.
Thank you,,, thank you team France.
2023 was amazing, let’s do that again next year ⚡️❤️🔥

A dream came true last night 🥹🥇
Still don’t really have the words to express how grateful and proud I’m feeling right now.
Yesterday night was ecstatic and I couldn’t get any sleep tonight, but it feels like I’m stuck in a dream, and I never want to wake up.
I got to experience what I have been training for, and I’ll be forever thankful for all the support I got this year. Thank you 🙏❤️
High-level sport is the greatest adventure I have embarked on, and I made the decision to invest myself in my entirety in this project. Why? because I live for climbing. Manu and Nico often says that hard work pays off, that if I believe in it and put my all into it, it WILL work. They also says that it's good, that I’ve worked well, but that there is still a lot of work to be done. Adri says I need to do more slabs and walk on them like it’s stairs. I’ll stick to that. I’ll get back to work. get even stronger, and I’ll be back. Thank you Prague, you were amazing, and I’ll never forget what you did for me 💙🇨🇿
