When introducing solids, I try to offer a mix of textures so my baby can explore food in different ways.
Today’s plate:
Dragon fruit
Mashed sweet potato
Homemade apple oat baby muffins
These baby muffins are naturally sweet from the apple, soft and perfect for little hands.
Baby muffin recipe:
1 egg
1 grated apple
2–3 tbsp baby oatmeal
Mix everything together, pour into a silicone mold and bake at 350°F for about 12–15 minutes.
No sugar, no salt just simple ingredients for little tummies 💚
