We’re putting on a full day of community classes for Bell Let’s Talk Day, in support of the Kids Help Phone Foundation to promote mental health resources for youth across Canada.
Classes are free to attend with a suggested donation of $10 to Kids Help Phone via the link in our bio.

What is it: THRESHOLD is a conditioning class with longer conditioning intervals paired with moderate–high rep strength movements. It’s our best class for improving endurance and aerobic capacity, while maintaining strength.
Coach Jesse’s Tips:
👉 PACE it, don’t race it!
👉 Start easier than you think you should & work up to your pace
👉 Stay moderate, move with purpose. Aim for sustainable but slightly uncomfortable.
👉 Remember: Threshold gets easier with time… and it will boost your performance in every other class, too 💪
