Es el primero de algunos proyectos que tengo en torno a contenedores poco usuales para libros, este fue hecho con forma de libro, lo que era muy común en los siglos XVII y XVIII en los gabinetes de curiosidades, son proyectos complicados por que hay que reunir y darle sentido a lo que se desea almacenar y luego darle forma.
Fue hecho a la manera de los antiguos pero el enlace de las tapas es una versión mas actual inspirada en el trabajo del encuadernador Otto Dörfner, el alma del contenedor es de MDF y el papel marmoleado fue hecho aquí en el taller como todo lo demás. 🤓
La estructura en cuestión es por supuesto mucho más compleja por el peso que tiene que soportar y y porque además el reto es que tenga apariencia de un libro.
Pero no tenía ganas de copiar un viejo modelo y si mucho más interés en construir una nueva y eficiente estructura. En eso estamos ya les compartiré más resultados
