Сейчас я буду работать намного меньше, чем раньше. Нога пока не дает долго находиться на ногах, кровообращение еще не до конца восстановлено. Но все временно 😉👌🏻
Ну и один из уроков, который я вынесла из своей травмы - это беречь себя. Тогда, уезжала в Питер на недельку, я просто «заебушком»… набрала кучу работы перед отъездом, взяла билет на поезд, на верхнюю полку, чтобы лежать и читать книжку 🫠
Ну и вот, в итоге полежала пару месяцев 😅 кто ж знал, что желание отдохнуть так воплотится 🙃

В конце октября были куплены билеты, оплачены все отели, и на выезд, и на отпуск… а в начале ноября я получила травму 🤦🏼♀️
Каждый день моего восстановления был приурочен к дате вылета. Я даже потребовала чтобы контрольный снимок перед началом ходьбы мне сделали на неделю раньше 😅 Каждый день был важен, и эта цель меня очень окрыляла.
Тепло, воздух, море… после 2,5 месяцев с костылями дома, за которые я на улицу вышла 11 раз (от подъезда до машины и так же обратно), в Тае я не могла надышаться 🙃 и жадно впитывала в себя блага Тонсая.
Конечно это все пошло на пользу, видимый прогресс каждый день, и даже быстрее, чем это бывает обычно. Я вернулась в хорошем настроении, даже несмотря на то, что так и не полазала на скалах там. Всему свое время, и будут еще скалы 😎

Трасса называется «Badman”, и эта линия мне сразу понравилась, еще когда я страховала на ней Диму. Так как мы были на выезде с группой учеников, выбора у меня особо не было, так что, я решила пролезть именно эту трассу с нижней, как проект.
На первой попытке мне было очень сложно, предплечья сводило уже на первых движениях, и лезла я довольно громко крича и комментируя. После сложного движения на плечо, а затем вкрест, я долезла до места отдыха - дырки в скале, громко выдохнула «Уххххх!», и начала искать позицию для отдыха - клинить колено. Все происходило очень быстро, вдруг неожиданно я вижу СОВУ🦉 в 20 см от моего лица, и через мгновение чувствую прикосновение перьев на моем плече. Она улетела, а я увидела что дыра - это гнездо, и там сидит ее птенец.
В последующие дни я не видела в дыре ни маму-сову, ни ее птенца. Я решила, что из-за меня они видимо переехали на новое место. 🥹🥹🥹
Всего я сделала 7 попыток за несколько дней, но так и не могла долезть до топа без зависаний или срывов. Последние движения до топа - вылаз после нависания по вертикали, с уже забитыми руками, все никак мне не давался.
В самый последний день, у меня был всего один час на пролаз, затем мы уже должны были выезжать в аэропорт 😭😭😭 Я сделала 2 попытки, почти подряд, отдохнув всего по 10 минут между ними, но не долезла. Меня прям штормило, я очень хотела пролезть, и даже плакала 😿
И вот, уже на самой последней возможной попытке, когда я гнездилась в дыре для отдыха, я вдруг услышала шорох крыльев. И отчетливое «Урр-уррр». И снова «Урр-уррр». Это значило, что мама-сова и ее совенок все же в домике, а их «Урр-уррр» в этот момент прозвучало для меня как подбадривающие «Давай-давай», или «Алле-Алле» для скалолазов. В этот момент вдруг все мои страхи и сомнения исчезли, и я наконец то пролезла свою трассу до топа.

And what about me, I was climbing a lot, but easy routes for me. And the last day, I tried the hardest 6c+ in Geyikbayiri region. And I climbed it with one hang only. I’m glad about it, as I understand I became much stronger 😎 We will see, how things go in Datca region. 2 more weeks we will spend there 🌞
