Für den Frauenhandball in Hamburg ist das ein zentrales Anliegen. Wir wollen die Bedingungen für Spielerinnen, Trainerinnen und Funktionärinnen weiter verbessern – von der Basis bis zur Spitze. Dabei geht es nicht nur um sportlichen Erfolg, sondern auch um Chancengleichheit, Vorbilder und Sichtbarkeit auf und neben dem Feld. 💪
Sven-Ole Klann betont dabei: „Wir haben in den letzten Jahren einige gute Schritte unternommen, um den weiblichen Bereich im Hamburger Handball zu stärken. Die Hamburger Auswahlmannschaft der Jahrgänge 2010/2011 im weiblichen Handball bietet jungen Talenten ab der Saison 2024/2025 eine neue Möglichkeit, ihre Fähigkeiten auf höchstem Niveau weiterzuentwickeln. Unter Sonja Fischer (Sportlichen Leitung) und Sven-Ole Klann (Auswahltrainer) wird die gemischte Auswahlmannschaft in der weiblich B-Jugend Oberliga Hamburg spielen.
Intensivere Leistungsförderung mit Fokus auf die Vorbereitung für die DHB-Sichtung in Kienbaum:
Sonja Fischer, die sportliche Leitung weiblich im Hamburger Handballverband, erläutert die Zielsetzung für die Spielerinnen: „Unser Hauptfokus liegt darauf, die Talente bestmöglich auf die DHB-Sichtung in Kienbaum vorzubereiten. Dabei konzentrieren wir uns nicht nur auf die technische und taktische Schulung, sondern auch auf die mentale und körperliche Fitness. Diese Sichtung stellt einen entscheidenden Meilenstein in der Karriere der Spielerinnen dar, und wir wollen sicherstellen, dass sie den Anforderungen dort gewachsen sind.“
Vertiefung von Ausbildungsinhalten des HHVs:
Die Teilnahme am Spielbetrieb dient der Vertiefung der Ausbildungsinhalte des Hamburger Handballverbands (HHV). Die im Auswahltraining erlernten Fähigkeiten werden in den Spielen gezielt weiterentwickelt.
