Our sweetest boy left this world last Sunday.
He truly was the gentlest soul — full of quiet love and endless warmth.
We met end of December of 2017 when he was three, just days after my 18th birthday. What was meant to be a foster stay turned into forever, because from the moment we met, he chose me. Though the world frightened him at first, he trusted me completely. For months, he found comfort only indoors, safe by my side. But with time, patience, and so much love, he found his bravery.
Little by little, he blossomed. One day, he was running freely off leash — confident, joyful, and finally at peace. From then on, he was the best boy — gentle, calm, and full of love. Never demanding, always giving. He had the kind of soul you just can’t help but fall in love with.💛
Life is heartbreakingly unfair sometimes. He had to leave us far too soon. He would have turned 12 next February.🕊️
We miss you more than words could ever say, our golden boy. 🍯

3 weeks without him..❤️🩹 he was the loveliest dog to ever exist.. he was so friendly to every being, made friends wherever we went. 🫂
Now I’m left with a crazy amount of beautiful memories..🕊️ I basically grew up with him. I was 10 years young when I got him. Now I’m 24..❤️🩹 He really was the best first dog one could have wished for. He taught me so so much and I’m so grateful that he chose me to be his owner. 🕯️🪽
