La masa se integra al entorno como una escultura viva, donde la ausencia de ornamento y el ritmo de circulaciones son las que construyen la atmósfera.
Esta no se percibe únicamente al ingresar, sino desde el paisaje, donde la sustracción y el vacío generan accesos, aperturas y vistas en este caso al volcán de la Malinche. Ordenan la experiencia del habitar. La arquitectura no se impone, se retira estratégicamente para permitir que el espacio respire.
Balcones y vanos se disponen con intención, a dónde ver? a qué espacio llegarás? estableciendo esa relación matizada entre interior y exterior, donde la luz, la sombra y el paisaje participan activamente en la vida cotidiana de quienes habitan.

El proyecto se enfoca en respetar la estructura existente, conservando los muros principales y las losas, y rescatando al máximo los elementos originales de la construcción.
El diseño aprovecha el ancho del terreno mediante la creación de dos patios, que no solo sirven como remates visuales, sino que también facilitan la ventilación cruzada. Esto permite la generación de un gran monoespacio que respira y se conecta visualmente con la vegetación, creando una atmósfera abierta y acogedora.
La calidez del ambiente se acentúa con el uso de tonos en madera y la paleta de colores de la casa, logrando una armonía en la combinación de materiales que aporta un carácter único y acogedor al espacio.

Ha sido un largo camino, largas noches, decisiones, estar bajo el sol, solucionar cosas que son típicas de la obra, pero ha sido muy grato lograr que se genere este espacio de reflexión, un espacio donde se busca que cada persona, encuentre su propósito en esta vida, como si el tiempo y espacio, estuvieran ahí, sin robarle a la naturaleza lo suyo, ni pretendiendo robarle al ente quien lo habita, sean blancas, rosadas, amarillas, no importa, es el ente quien cuando se apropia de dicho espacio, y lo hace suyo, es donde se generan esas relaciones, dejando la arquitectura a un lado, para solo convertirse en un pretexto más para vivir el espacio en ese tiempo, y quien sabe si a futuro, se el refugio de otros usos, no obstante, soportando las inclemencias del entorno.
