Sharks are something I’ll always admire. They keep me alert, yet I’m always eager to encounter one. There’s such raw energy, power, and dominance in them, and nothing compares to the thrill of being in their presence. My whole life I’ve been told to fear sharks. Every day I spend in the water I admire their beauty more and more. We need to protect our sharks and learn to understand them rather than fear them. We only fear what we don’t understand, so if you have the time study them. Ask yourself why. Why is it I fear these beautiful animals.

This photo, I’ve been hanging onto for so so long. But it’s finally time for you guys to see it too. On this particular day, we had over 30 metres visibility, 27 degree water temp, and tones of leopard sharks.
There was something so special about this shark though…
The patterns were just incredible. I’ve photographed many leopard sharks but none have stood out this unique to me before. So take a moment, enjoy the beauty and unique patterns of this exceptional leopard shark and I hope you can enjoy this photo as much as I do:)
