I struggled more in the heat than i expected! But I’m happy with my confidence and consistency recently.
There are some things in the semis round I want to focus on in Prague in a few days. There’s some enjoyment missing 🤔 any small mistakes can mean missing the finals round, I don’t want to miss out on that excitement 🤠

Never felt so exhausted in a semi😵

Competitions are so crazy, of course there was a lot of hard work behind this achievement, but last night I just topped 3 boulders and it meant I won my first gold😝
The best part for me was the love and support I felt 🥹 first from the other girls in the finals, your genuine happiness for me was so sweet🩷
Then from people back home, my friends and fans in the crowd, this feeling of support is overwhelming in the best way possible.
I felt relaxed yesterday, climbed confidently, enjoyed the boulders and had so many people celebrate me, like I said above, I topped 3 boulders and it made me win?!?!
Thank you to the other girls, for pushing me, inspiring me, celebrating me and doing your best, every comp feels like an opportunity and you make the game 1000x more exciting 🧚🏽♀️

Kinda crazy tbh, I wasn’t very unsure about my lead climbing this preseason because I couldn’t really train it. There were many things lacking in my performance especially in qualies and finals, but I’m really grateful I could climb in another finals and learn from the other strong girls and guys❤️🔥
