Vanillin
1 Ei + 1 Eiweiß
Butter
Zimt
Zubereitung:
Äpfel schälen, reiben und mit Zucker und Zimt kurz köcheln lassen, anschließend abkühlen lassen.
Butter und Zucker verrühren, Ei und Eiweiß hinzufügen und gut vermischen.
Mehl, Backpulver und Vanillin einarbeiten, bis ein glatter Teig entsteht.
Die Apfelfüllung unterheben und im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 180 °C goldbraun backen.
Klassisch, weich und herrlich aromatisch 🤍🍎
