I feel like I have been able to find more balance in my work/life. I have illustrated less but explored other mediums. It’s not been a busy work year, but has allowed me to find this balance I much needed. I discovered other hobbies outside of illustration, which has helped me disconnect and find myself in other areas outside of the realm of illustrating. It has been filled with family time and trips, visiting friends, getting COVID one more time, and also going through the wild journey filled with emotions that pregnancy brings.
You will likely not see much from me in 2025. I’m not disappearing and I hope people and clients don’t forget me but newer and more important priorities than work are expected to arrive this new year. I need to learn to be a mum, which I still find hard to believe, and rediscover myself while I take care of the most important human in my life. I think she is going to be the greatest source of inspiration and motivation for my career.
I just want to thank every single client, follower in this platform, friend and family member for all the support so far.
