1. Ibex - Oasis (Planet E) 2000 - My favourite Planet E release, no doubt. Tony Ollivierra pours so much emotion into this track. Love the whole atmosphere and that shaky hypnotic groove.
2. Scuba - Heavenly (Ovum) 1995 - King Britt under his Scuba alias. First heard it on the Mix-Up 5 CD by Derrick May. It hasn’t lost an ounce of magic.. Timeless!
3. Seltav - SPQR (CSM) 2000 - The only track by John Selway & Andrea Taverna as Seltav. Big fan of John Selway’s productions, and this one also stood the test of time. A sweet groove, and that vocal effect gives it a slightly melancholic feel but with a forward drive.

1. 2501 - Foil (Heaven Smile) 2025 - My favourite dutch producer at the moment. There is a lot of mystery surrounding him, which I really enjoy. He works under many aliases, and 2501 represents the year. He also released music as 2301, 2302, and 2401, as well as under the names Mammo, Fabiano, A∞x, and CoA A. Still following? He is also connected to the label Nduja. His approach to music and sound design constantly stands out to me.
2. Johnick - A Breath Of Fresh Air (West End Records) 2004 - So hypnotic and groovy! It contains a sample from Brothers Johnson’s Celebration, but the way it is used and the groove they create with it still amazes me. That flute solo is incredible. I love this type of house. It feels uplifting while carrying a subtle, melancholic vibe. And that bassline! So much spirit!
3. Theorem & Stewart Walker - Too Distant Images (M_nus thx3) 2000 - Stewart Walker fanboy here. I love how this track is built around this vocal sample. It has that minimal sound that excites and creates tension.
4. Octogen - The Journeyman (Soma) 2008 - I played this so much at our 360 nights and I still love it dearly. Such a beautiful melody, pads, and overall vibe. That slightly shaky snare adds so much excitement and character. Pretty timeless if you ask me:)
