Join us for our brand new align + wine event, 1-4pm on Saturday 8th November. We’ll begin by heating the muscles up and improving alignment in a 40min barre class with the barre queen herself, followed by a slow juicy yoga flow to stretch it out with Meg, ending with some yummy restorative postures with essential oil head massage 🤤
We’ll move over to the cafe afterwards for an hour or so of delicious capanes and a cheeky glass of wine with our gorgeous community ✨
