What a wonderful day we have today- the semi biannual quad monthly Instagram update to the loyal followers! Gonna have to give a shoutout to follower of the month-, congrats! His commitment and undying loyalty made him the clear choice and good luck to everyone next post. Let’s dive into what the numbers are saying about Q2 2025
1) Horses are scary animals. Don’t believe me? Go to a rodeo and watch em freak out for an hour. Luckily was there to help defend me when it got a little too scary. Ultimately, the data shows horses are scary
2) Being an uncle is the best gig ever. She’s happy? Hell yeah. She’s crying? Alert the parents and walk away. Drop your best uncle advice ⬇️ 😮‍💨😤🔥
3) Bryce and Blanche got married and I accidentally shattered Wiz’s fibula. Many would use this as a wake up call to mix in a salad, but I’m different. Burgers on deck #SorryWiz
4) I didn’t prepare for a hike, didn’t bring enough water, and got severely dehydrated AND lost both my toenails on the way down. What a fun time! I asked a guy on the trail for a sip of water and out of his backpack he pulled a Blue Raspberry Prime that was probably 115° and while I was in no place to criticize, bro you gotta have something else next time a potentially dying hiker is asking you. Brutal!
5) I met an Owl, AMA
6) A stunning and magnificent TBT to good friend and historic fangirl. This picture was taken in Italy my junior year of college and I figured it would be a nice little treat for you, the follower, to take a gander at

That wraps up this quarters post, happy to answer any questions or email more information over once this call is wrapped up #InstagramHero #AMA #GRWM #NeedToWatchLoveIsland

Hope everyone had a #good January 6th, but we are on to January 7th! 2024, wow what a year. To celebrate I have decided to #post a tasteful sampler platter of several pictures meeting many clients Q3 and Q4 of ‘24 so that we can circle back and do a deep dive into more #content to fill the ‘25 pipeline with more clients. Please see notes below:
1) Jamie married #Nicole in New Jersey. I love them both and had fun
2) Who was my date, the beautiful or the #handsome? You, the reader, decide!
3) I went to Chinatown in New York City (the Windy City) for a Chinese meal (Peking Duck). 19/10
4) and I went to Las Vegas to see cars go dangerously fast. SLOW DOWN!! F1? More like go slower and enjoy the
5) Alaska is big and the northern lights were actually most prominent right over our heads not necessarily in one direction
6) I forgot to include this in my Q2 recap last post but and I saw each other in Texas and he had to leave in a after I crossed him up and he broke both his ankles
7) Oregon with family. I love Oregon. I love my family. What a combo!

Anyways it was an year which is always fun for everyone, drop your thoughts on the!!👇🏽
A tasteful and humble sampling of the past few months, let’s do a deep dive into the numbers and circle back to discuss synergy plz send calendar invite. By the numbers:
1) I was in Philadelphia to watch Notre Dame nuclear bomb the lacrosse world and win the championship by infinity flexing as hard as possible so my arm looks big but also playing it natural so folks might think I’m bigger than I am. I laughed, I cried, I stormed the field and got escorted out by security
2) I asked to prom (wedding) and she said yes! While it wasn’t a picture on whoever’s parents had a winding staircase, it turned out lovely and and stole the show as prom king and queen
3) I went on a hike and took a thumbs up and threw up on the side of the trail 5 minutes before this picture was taken because you can’t have 55 drinks and do an early morning hike when you are old and bald without paying the price #hero
4) Rodeo
5) My sister beat teenage pregnancy but did NOT beat the 30-39 pregnancy epidemic that is sweeping the nation. I am going to be an uncle and show the kid my high school football highlights immediately. “Uncle Nick please stop showing me these” as I shoosh them and turn the volume up on YouTube is in my near future #UncleNick #CoachPutMeIn
6) I got to see and and it was absolutely magnificent, they let me hold their baby and I have a rather large gut in this pic but it was just a bad angle. Heroic humility of me to post this in todays day and age
7) Went and watched ND kick the shit out of A&M, turns out people live in Houston on purpose and not at gunpoint. News to me. This might be NDs year, hoping for a good game against northern Illinois!!
8) Damure (?)

Ossello,,, and caught up to talk about the thrilling 2015 game between & ahead of the semifinal rematch this weekend. Full video on Youtube!
Looks like it’s about time for my biannual Instagram post and it’s been a doozy. Reports are in and we had some explosive findings. Read more below:
- Year 3 of broadcasting in the books and I get my 3rd weekend off since January this weekend. BIG news: I started doing my own makeup this year and it’s really funny because I don’t know where to stop when going up my head because side there isn’t a hairline for guidance. Brave and stunning
- is my friend
- St Paddys was a success with and when two people from Long Island meet I hope you are wearing a Kevlar vest and have Boise cancelling headphones
- Friends having kids is the coolest thing ever. Shoutout on all time babies and bluey is legitimately a good show
- Host dinner every once in a while and you never know who will show up. Got to see and after far too long and we laughed as I almost ruined dinner and Easter for everyone
- is remarkably good at his job and has become a best friend and because I’m complimenting him in the caption I’m posting a dumbass picture of us

I hope everyone has a good day
A fun and tasteful sampling of pictures with my good friend. Our friendship started with me holding up a plane so he could make camp and i had someone to bully. Then we went and got hypothermia at a bills game (his dad owns the team) and we’re only saved by the Rattlin bog. After that he came and visited Boise where he discovered hiking kind of sucks but feels good after and that Idaho faceoff guys are elite more than anyone else in the country. didn’t believe he excited and now he has 2 enemies for life. Everyone please compliment me and chirp TD in the comments #Thanks #RattlinBog #BanTheFaceoff #BAC #Hike
Yesterday was one of those pretty special days and as a 30 year old the rules require you have to post about it. Some big and fun life changes as and I drive to Boise to settle in #NestingSZN and along the way we hit a little road called memory lane. I used to coach at Air Force during an absolute shit show time in my life, a D1 coach living out of his car and trying to tell cadets to keep their life in order. The palpable irony. Years later one of my best friends is now the OC there and not only that, he and Julie created an absolutely beautiful baby girl we got to meet for the first time. Sometimes it all lines up. Fun life changes and plans, visiting a place that I’m just now realizing how special it was, bringing my favorite person to share it with, and seeing best friends start the next chapters of their own life. Getting old and fat is starting to be great. Last pic to show you all I still have my 🎂. Everyone please compliment #Soleil in the comments
If you love your life as an absolute shit show there’s a high chance that you might end up doing something cool at some point (Socrates) and this past week was truly the experience of a lifetime. Had the absolute honor of broadcasting what seemed like 400 games in a row for the World Lacrosse Championships. I’m not blind to the stereotypes that this sport has, a bunch of rich white players seeing whose dad can out-litigate one another is a joke I laugh at. HOWEVER, this tournament was truly the first time I saw the melting pot of the world conglomerate around the sport I love. Some highlights included watching New Zealand perform the Haka, receiving gifts from Korea and good friend, calling a game with Joe Beninati, some incredible times with good friend, going full circle and seeing my college teammate represent Ireland on the national stage, using a game mexico was playing in to talk about good friends and, and overall having a small piece in what many countries and athletes consider the athletic tournament of a lifetime. I’ll never forget what a unique experience this was. If you tuned in and supported thank you and I love you. Here’s to visiting all these countries in the future.
I first learned chess from Mr Dout at the Prospect Valley Elementary School chess club. That was about 20 years ago and I never stopped loving it. Tonight I crossed a major bucket list item off of my life which doesn’t happen very often: achieving a 2000 rating. Even though it’s on lichess, it’s bullet, and I lost the next game, there was a great moment in which I saw a 2000 next to my name. And what is social media for if not for humble bragging about niche accomplishments? I will remember that moment and that game for the rest of my life, and as I sip on a celebratory cocktail I’m just very happy and wanted to share. I don’t have many pictures of myself playing but i like this one. Cheers to all the games ahead and for the friends you make along the way. Being overly dedicated to something you spend too much time on is always a good move. Shoutout for being the best chess friend I ever had, the San Diego Chess Club for teaching me how to analyze a game, and for whatever Neanderthal invented chess a billion years ago. It’s still pretty fun. Nosso32 on for anyone who wants the smoke
