In this house, structure and planning maintain an unbreakable relationship, due to the fact they have been born from the same exercise which seeks to meet all the needs for compartmentalisation and creation of spaces: two large edge beams, joined by an imposing roof define the living space, to which a hanging wooden volume has been added.

En Flamingos 32, el patio no es solo un espacio entre muros. Es una conexión directa con la luz, el aire y el paisaje.
La casa desciende con la topografía, y el entorno se filtra hasta el interior a través del patio.
Ramon Riera (Nomarq) define el vacío no como la ausencia de materia, sino como un lugar por donde la luz entra, el cielo se abre y el aire circula.
Este juego de masa y vacío, compresión y descompresión, se traslada al detalle constructivo trabajado con mucha precisión.
🔴 Alumilux
Lograr la sensación de ligereza y sencillez que transmiten las fachadas interiores del patio fue uno de los mayores retos del proyecto. Desarrollamos una solución técnica que retranquea la geometría del forjado mediante una pletina estructural. Así, la estructura principal de gran espesor queda oculta tras las ventanas,
dejando a la vista únicamente una línea fina y limpia en fachada.
