With its soft pastel colors and gentle atmosphere, it felt like stepping into a storybook.
Portugal is known for its sardines, and this little sardine-shaped pastry is filled with sweet egg-yolk cream.
The people working there were incredibly warm, making the place even more memorable.
Looking back, I can't help but feel that Portugal was filled with beautiful colours.
ずっと行きたかった、ポルトガル・リスボンのカフェ。
やさしいパステルカラーと穏やかな空気に包まれていて、絵本の中に入り込んだような場所でした。
ポルトガル名物はイワシ。
そんなイワシ型のお菓子は、卵黄クリーム入り。
最中のような食感です。
お店の方もあたたかくて、旅先でこういう場所に出会えると嬉しくなる。
振り返るたびに思うけれど、ポルトガルには美しい色彩がたくさん散らばっていた気がします。

最近は悩んだり迷ったりすることが多かったけれど、
自分の表現を信じて、これからも探り続けていきたい。
私は18年間、表現を追い続けて、ともに生きてきました。
その道の中で悔しい思いもたくさんしたし、思うようにいかないこともある。
それでも私は、この世界を好きでいることをやめません。
好きだから、
私はきっとこれからも続けていけます。
今までもずっとやってきたから、続けることには自信があります。
悔しくて泣けるのも大事だなと思うし、そこまで好きなものに出会えたことも嬉しいです。
表現に救われたり、嫌いになったり、また幸せをもらったり。どうやったって心から嫌いにはなれないよね。
そんな人生だけど、
私はこれからもずっとやっていくよ。

Lately, I've found myself struggling with doubts and uncertainty, but I want to keep trusting my own voice and continue exploring my path.
I've spent the last 18 years pursuing creative expression and living alongside it.
Along the way, I've experienced plenty of disappointment, and there are still times when things don't go the way I'd hoped.
Even so, I've never stopped loving this world.
Because I love it, I know I'll be able to keep going.
I've been doing this for so long now, and if there's one thing I'm confident about, it's my ability to keep creating.
I've come to realize that even the moments that leave me in tears matter.
And I'm grateful to have found something I care about this deeply.
Expression has saved me, made me hate it at times, and then brought me happiness again.
No matter what happens, I can never truly hate it.
It's been that kind of life.
And still, I'll keep going.

On Saturday, October 4, 2025, I had the honor of speaking at the Cambodia Pavilion at EXPO 2025 Osaka-Kansai.
It was such a wonderful experience to share the charm of Cambodia that I personally experienced, using our photos and videos, on an international stage.

2025年10月4日(土)、万博カンボジア館にてトークショーをさせていただきました。
万博という国際的な舞台で、自分たちの写真や映像と共に、実際に行ったカンボジアの魅力を伝えるという、とっても素敵なお仕事でした。
一緒に登壇したのは大好きな6151さん。
前日に合流して、大阪のカフェが可愛すぎて、2人でテンションがあがっていっぱい食べてしまいました。少し打ち合わせもしました。
当日、万博に足を運ぶとすごい数の人！
こんな舞台の中で、短い時間かもしれないけれど関わることができるなんてと本当に嬉しくなりました。
設営が進むなかで少しずつ現実感がでてきます。
台本のチェックをして、いざ。
パビリオンの中には展示などもあり、お客様の流れもあるので、あまり立ち止まって聞いてくれる人はいないかもしれないな、と思っていたら
なんとたくさんの人が立ち止まって聞いてくれるじゃありませんか！
写真を撮ってくれたり、うんうんと頷いてくれたり、笑ってくれたり。
とてもとても嬉しかったし、温かい空気にしてもらいました。
意外だとよく言われるのですが、実は私にとってオフラインでの登壇は初めてのこと。
経験ある51さんのトークに支えられ、私も楽しく話すことができました。
14歳から舞台に携わってきた私にとって、マイクを持ちお客様の前に立つのは慣れています。そして、やっぱり目の前で反応が返ってくる生の舞台というか、そういうリアルな感じがとっても好きだなと感じました。
初めてのオフラインの登壇が万博のカンボジア館であったこと、きっとずっと忘れません。
本当に楽しかったです。
終わった後、楽しくて嬉しくてちょっと泣いてしまいました。
お話を聞いてくださったお客様。
カンボジア旅でのサポートを始め、
MCを務めてくださったり看板を作っていただいたり、私たちに自由にトークを任せてくださった日本アセアンセンターさん。
カンボジア旅からずっと一緒にいてくれて、登壇中も頼りがいのあった6151さん。
そして、スマホで少し編集しているのでモニターが見えにくいですが、実際には発色も本当に綺麗で、写真などを素敵に映してくださった技術者のみなさまや、様々なサポートをしてくれたみなさま。
何よりカンボジア・カンボジア館のみなさまにありがとうございますの気持ちでいっぱいです。
本当に素敵な経験をありがとうございました。

熊本（八代駅）と鹿児島（川内駅）を結ぶ「肥薩おれんじ鉄道」の観光パンフレットと、映画館で上映するシネアド「おれんじ鉄道に揺られて」を、GENICがプロデュース。
なんと光栄なことに、このシネアドに出演させていただいております。

ずっと書き残そうと思いつつ、前回と同様想いが強すぎることと、まだ自分が観に行ってないからな…となかなか筆を取れなかったのですが。
ようやく9月頭に、新宿ピカデリーへ観に行って来ました。
映画館が暗くなってから少しして
もう何度観返して、聴き直したかもわからない映像と、澪さんの美しい歌声が響き渡ります。
スクリーンに大きく映る自分の姿。
14歳から舞台に携わる私ですが、こんなふうに自分がど〜んと映画館のスクリーンに映り続けるのは初めての体験でした。
それを自分で観ることも。
本当に、素敵な世界の中で、私のこともこんなに素敵に撮ってくださったことに改めて感動。
変な話ですが、
このお話をいただいた時って、俳優とフォトグラファーとしての両立にすごく悩んでた時期で。
自分の中では俳優の軸が強いけれど、写真のお仕事が多くなって、どちらかというと写真の人という認識も多くなっていって。
このまま俳優としての自分って忘れられていくのかなとか、なかったことになるのかなとか。
自分の中で大切にしたかった「演劇の人」としての染谷ノエルが、なんとなく薄れていくような気がしてて。
そんな時にお話をもらって、あぁ、私俳優も写真もやってていいんだって思えたお仕事でした。
俳優と写真をやっていたからこそ、こうやって素敵なお仕事と出会えたのだと思います。

と思った瞬間でした。

数日間の撮影中、みんな本当にかっこよくて。
みんなで一つのものを、体を使って、足を使って、頭使って創り上げていく。
こういうのってすごく好き。
撮影中に1番覚えているのは海のシーン。
「裸足の予定ではなかったですけど、靴脱いでもらうことって可能ですか？」
って言われて全然平気ですよ、って答えました。
撮影は1月。
海、めちゃくちゃ冷たいかなって思ったけど、どうだったかな、思ったより冷たくなかった気がする。
一人で靴と靴下脱いで、海の中入ったら、いつのまにか撮影クルーのスタッフさんたちも、靴下脱いでくれてて。
脱ぐ必要ないんだけどね、靴履いたまま撮影すればいいんだけど、一緒に海の中入ってくれた。
澪さんの音楽流し続けてくれて、撮り続けてくれた。
それが8枚目。
途中でズボンも濡れて来ちゃったけど、もうどうでもよくなって濡れながら撮影して。
目の前に見えてる景色は、冗談じゃなく美しくて、おれんじ鉄道の「おれんじ色」がずっとずっと広がってて。
私のあの時の表情や楽しさや、心の高揚は、素直に感じて出たもの。
撮影が終わった瞬間に、待機してた周りの編集さんやスタッフさんが駆け寄って来てくれて、
寒いでしょ！
早く靴履いて！
って心配してくれつつ、みんな「本当にすごく綺麗なの撮れたね！」って笑い合って。
一生忘れない風景だと思う。
12月-1月と撮影でずっと関わり続けたおれんじ鉄道さんの想いや熱さは、未だに私が落ち込んだりする時に思い出します。
撮影スタッフのみんなや、メイクをしてくれた上野さん、ずっとそばにいてくれたGENICの編集の菊池さん。
スチールチームのみんなのことも、ずっとずっと思い出すんだと思います。
観てくれた友人たちも
「ちゃんとノエルを大事にしてくれる方々なんだなって、映像をみてわかったよ」って言ってくれたり。
これって、俳優目線なのだけれど、無理やりその世界に押し込めるわけではなくて、きちんとこの世界に似合う人物として選んでいただけたんだなぁと感謝でいっぱいです。
Xやインスタでは、たくさん観たよの感想をいただいたり、たまたま映画館に行ったら私が出てて、びっくりした！って報告してくれた人たちも。
このCMきっかけでフォローしてくださった方々もいて、愛しい言葉やつながりが増えています。
大学時代の演劇サークルの友人から、「ノエちゃんが出てて、とても嬉しくて思わず連絡した！」と来たり。
本当に心温まる経験をこの撮影を通して感じています。
きっと私の人生の中でも、これから何度も何度も思い出す宝物になりました。
改めておれんじ鉄道さん、GENICさん、撮影してくださったnorenの皆さん、朝早くからメイクをしてくれた上野さん、美しい歌声で映像を彩ってくださった澪さん。
そして観てくださった皆さま、これから観てくれる皆さまに感謝でいっぱいです。
10/12までの放映、残りあと少し。1人でも多くの人に、届くといいな。
