From a photographer's perspective, the facade presented a rare clarity of form. We focused on capturing the tension between the crisp white plaster volumes and the dark vertical louvres that punctuate the ground floor, the warm timber accent that anchors the upper cutout, and the way the boundary wall and landscaping extend the architectural grammar all the way to the street edge. The light did exactly what we needed sharp enough to carve the shadows between volumes, soft enough to keep the cream tones from going cold.
