Damals war ich unzufrieden mit meinem Körper, voller Schmerzen, müde und ausgebrannt. Mein Alltag war automatisiert, mein Kopf voller Lärm – und ich habe gespürt: So will ich nicht weitermachen.
Mit dem Entschluss, das Rauchen aufzugeben, habe ich angefangen, in meinen Körper zu investieren – und das war der Beginn einer unglaublichen Reise. 😊
Ich nahm nicht nur schnell ab, sondern bemerkte Schritt für Schritt, dass auch mein Inneres heilte: meine Haut regenerierte sich, die Schmerzen verschwanden, und plötzlich fühlte ich mich wieder lebendig.
Mit jeder guten Gewohnheit wuchs meine Zufriedenheit und mein innerer Frieden. Geräusche von außen störten mich nicht mehr – ich war bei mir angekommen. Gleichzeitig durfte ich andere Frauen auf ihrem Weg begleiten, inspirieren und stärken.
So ist meine Leidenschaft für Ernährung und ganzheitliches Wohlbefinden entstanden. Ich habe mich weitergebildet, weil ich zutiefst glaube:
👉 Wir sind, was wir essen.
Und: Wir dürfen unseren Körper und unser Leben mit Liebe, Achtsamkeit und Respekt gestalten.
Heute ist daraus mein Herzensprojekt entstanden:
