To think a cat who just wandered into my house as a kitten could bring so much love, warmth and joy to my life, and the lives of those around him.
Every day I miss him, but I’m so grateful for every second I spent with him. I can still hear his meow when he wanted to show off his favourite toy he hunted down, feel his purr against my chest, see his curled tail pop up behind the couch when he came home from whatever mischief he caused, for such a little cat he had the biggest personality.
Nins was my everything, my heart, my light, my soul mate. I have never loved or been loved as much as I have with my beautiful boy. I’m not a very spiritual person, but I truly believe we were placed on this earth for each other.
Thank you Nins for being my best friend. They say grief is love with nowhere to go, and I’ll always love you, and I hope you’ll wait for me until the day I can hold you again, my sweet boy.
