Manchmal fühlt es sich an, als würde man sich selbst darin verlieren.
Umso wichtiger ist es, gut für dich zu sorgen.
Denn wenn du in Verbindung mit dir bist, kannst du auch in Verbindung mit deinem Kind sein.

In den letzten zehn Jahren habe ich für mich herausgefunden, wie viel effektiver es für mich als Schauspielerin ist, mich über die stellvertretende Wahrnehmung einer Figur zu nähern, anstatt stundenlang verkopft über sie zu sprechen. Oft fehlt uns dafür ohnehin die Zeit: Proben werden immer seltener, und viele von euch kennen den Druck, trotz widriger Umstände auf Knopfdruck abliefern zu müssen.
Diese Angst kenne ich nicht mehr, weil ich bereits mit einem ganzen Koffer an erforschten Gefühlen, geklärten Beziehungen und klaren Impulsen ans Set komme. Regieführende befinden sich dabei in einer besonders verantwortungsvollen Position: Sie gestalten die Beziehungen der Figuren und halten das Ensemble zusammen.
Ich arbeite mit dieser Methode sowohl für meine eigenen Projekte als auch in der Begleitung von Ensembles in der Vorbereitung auf Dreharbeiten. In diesem Seminar möchte ich dir eine Methode an die Hand geben, mit der du dich selbst, deine Spielpartner oder dein Ensemble in kurzer Zeit hocheffektiv auf die gemeinsame Arbeit vorbereiten kannst.
