Founded by Laurent Roger and Melissa Ingrand, Mataburro is rooted in deep respect for soil, restraint in extraction, and a commitment to organic and biodynamic farming. Drawing on Laurent’s formative years at Le Verre Volé in Paris and his mentorship under Alain Castex of Le Casot des Mailloles, the pair work nearly five hectares of vines near Rivesaltes and Espira-de-l’Agly, crafting wines of freshness, delicacy, and low alcohol. Whole-cluster fermentations, short macerations, fibreglass and steel élevage, no filtration, and no added sulphur define their quietly radical approach.

From May to June, their blossoms are hand-picked in the early morning, then gently dried to preserve their delicate essential oils.
When harvest arrives, these dried petals are transformed into a fragrant botanical tea, blended with fresh Zweigelt/Rotburger grape must and filled directly into bottle, where fermentation begins naturally, without additives.

Yalda Queen II is a 5.5% lager brewed with real watermelon purée—no extracts or artificial ingredients. It’s crisp, refreshing, and beautifully balanced, with the watermelon coming through subtly and clean.
The beer is inspired by Yalda, a Persian celebration of the winter solstice (12/21). Traditionally, eating watermelon—a fruit of summer—during the darkest days of winter is believed to bring warmth, health, and light. That symbolism is at the heart of this release.
The label art was designed by a young woman in Venezuela and reflects Yalda’s deeper meaning: the triumph of light over darkness.
NATTY ORANGE — “Fico d’India” Sicily, Italy 2022
A blend of Zibibbo, Catarratto & Grillo from Alcamo and Monreale.
Three weeks on skins in steel tanks and just 996 bottles made.
Bright acidity, orange zest, orange blossom, green tea, a gentle saline finish.
Organic vineyards, volcanic Mediterranean soils.
A special bottling from our friends at Natty Wine, where transparency, fieldwork, and lived Italian experience guide every selection.
A finely crafted sparkling wine from southern Burgundy, made by artisan vigneron Peter Gierszewski. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grown on clay limestone and marl soils at 280 meters, farmed organically and vinified with a light, thoughtful hand. Traditional method, aged 14 months on the lees, with no added sugar and minimal intervention.
The bubbles are fine and precise, opening to notes of rhubarb, fresh strawberry, and a touch of tart cranberry, followed by subtle brioche and bright, refreshing acidity. Elegant, and beautifully balanced, this is a Crémant with real depth and energy.
Perfect for celebrations, or simply because.

A beautiful reminder of Assyrtiko’s range beyond Santorini. Crafted by woman winemaker & grower Anna Halkia in Nemea, a region best known as the birthplace of Agiorgitiko, this certified organic Assyrtiko takes on a softer, more rounded expression while retaining the grape’s signature energy.
Five days of skin contact and a fully natural vinification give the wine its pale golden to light amber hue. On the nose and palate, citrus and delicate florals lead, followed by flinty mineral tones, subtle honey and beeswax notes, and finely woven tannins. High, refreshing acidity keeps everything lifted, finishing with a gentle saline edge. Balanced, dry, and quietly complex.
Grown on clay soils at 280 meters altitude and fermented with ambient yeasts, this is a thoughtful amber wine that highlights Assyrtiko’s versatility in a milder Mediterranean climate.
Especially lovely with shellfish, smoked seafood, or simply enjoyed on its own shares with friends and loved ones as an aperitif.
