Proof of life, maybe? 😆
Just sharing where I’ve been and what I’ve been noticing lately.
If anything, it’s a little nudge
to put your phone down more often…
even just for the in-between moments.
To look up.
To actually notice what’s right in front of you.
Because there’s a lot of beauty out there… even when things in the world feel really shitty.
I promise.
And I know it’s not that simple.
It’s complicated, especially for those of us who have built businesses here.
But I can tell you this:
there’s so much more life happening off your screen.
And maybe this is my Xennial showing…
but I swear I miss when our brains weren’t constantly “on.”
When boredom was just… boredom.
Not a cue to grab your phone and disappear into it.
It wasn’t perfect.
But it felt a lot lighter not knowing everything about everything, right?! 🫣
It’s just so easy to lose time here.
Lately I’ve realized I don’t really want that anymore.
I LOVE being an educator. That part of me isn’t going anywhere.
But I don’t feel as aligned with the way this space operates now.
Not even just for work, just in general.
It’s a lot.
And I’m realizing I want to be more intentional
about what I give my attention to…
and what I let in.
Maybe you’ve been feeling that too.
More fiber! More exercise! More veggies! Less stress!
It’s not that we don’t want to make these changes, it’s that the HOW is way more complicated than the WHAT, especially when you’re juggling all the things and navigating the joys of perimenopause or menopause 😅
I got you.
I’ve been building a community on Skool where I coach people just like you. I help them figure out how to prep food that tastes good and supports their health… without turning it into another job.
And just so we’re clear…I’m never here to judge you. Ever.
My job is to help you make this work in the context of your real life.
So let’s bridge the gap between what your doctor’s asking you to do and what actually works in your day-to-day life. Your taste buds and your to-do list will thank you 😘
So here’s your reminder:
There’s no timeline.
You don’t need to change everything at once.
Slow is allowed.
Choosing less is allowed.
And taking care of yourself in ways that meet you where you are still counts.
Take care of yourselves 🫶🏽

I don’t have time for bullshit anymore…
Especially the kind sold by people who don’t juggle kids, work, rogue hormones & exhaustion at the same time. Get outta here with ya BS!
You’ll never hear me sell you butt coffee, tell you to put sunshine where it has no business being, put you on a vibrating plate, or convince you that you need to be fiber-maxxing, protein-maxxing, or optimizing your way through life.
I just want you to eat the recommended dose of fiber, feel a little better than you do right now, and move on with your life. 💁🏻♀️
between launching a whole new arm of my business, raising a tiny land shark disguised as a puppy, and keeping an 8-year-old + two ginger cats alive…I said absolutely not! 😆
So instead, please enjoy this digital holiday card, because this is all I currently have capacity for. 😂🎄✨
Happy Holidays from our very chaotic, but cozy little home!
Here’s my go-to breakdown:
➡️ lentils for plant protein + fiber (your gut will thank you) ➡️ chicken so I don’t go hunting for snacks 20 minutes later ➡️ veggies for volume ➡️ feta + LOTS of fresh citrus and olive oil (we don’t skimp on flavor)
This is the kind of meal that keeps you full and tastes amazing without overthinking it.
Team ➡️ no sad salads.
(My Effortless Meal Prep members get the full recipe + measurements, but feel free to steal this combo anytime) 😄
Protein + fiber, a couple prepped components, and suddenly you’re not starving by 10am wondering what went wrong.
This is the exact stuff I teach inside my Effortless Meal Prep community. Simple, doable, feel-good meals without the 🫠.
Waitlist’s in my bio if you want in first. 🤍
We’ve all been there, scrolling through meal prep “systems” that require a spreadsheet, a food scale, and a will to live.
No thanks.
At my last workshop, we focused on batch prepping the right way—what I call component prep. It’s the flexible foundation that saves your brain cells during the week (especially when life throws curveballs, cause it’s inevitable)
🌱 My final workshop of the season ‘Macro Simplicity, Micro Effort’ is happening June 1st!
Here’s what we’ll cover: ⬇️
• Mixing + matching your prepped components to create fresh, interesting combos
• Adding flavor so you’re not stuck eating the same boring ass thing on repeat
• Building balanced meals and learning macros in a way that feels doable—no scales, no gram math required
Only 12 spots and a few are already claimed by returning workshop regulars.
Tap the link in my bio to save your spot — and maybe even bring a friend. We’d love to have ya join us! 👩🏼🤝👩🏻👩🏽🤝👨🏻
PS: Ever been to a hands-on meal prep workshop?
(And if you’r not dancing to this absolute banger while you’re watching, we can’t be friends! 🤣)

I used to be hardcore about washing and chopping up everything before storing it the fridge.
That’s a great strategy for some foods but it can be time consuming and unnecessary for your quick-grab produce.
So I’m sharing some of my favorite produce storage tips to help prevent slimy moldy creatures from growing in your fridge!
✅ Store veggies dry! Paper towels help soak up any condensation that builds in the fridge.
✅ Keep fruit & veggies separate from each other. Bonus points for keeping them in visible containers to entice you to eat them faster 👉🏼 which means you’ll waste less food.
✅ Berries are fragile! If there is any drop of moisture on them before you store them they’ll go moldy FAST!
✅ Freeze any foods that are about to go bad for later use. Smoothies!
♻️ FYI - offers plastic clamshell recycling at your doorstep and I hear more cities are adding them to their list of recyclables!
