Nous sommes heureux de vous partager un aperçu du projet de rénovation du plateau de bureaux situé sous combles dans un bâtiment historique de Versailles. Ce projet, réalisé en collaboration avec, a été conçu pour offrir un espace de travail flexible, élégant et respectueux de l’architecture patrimoniale.
Les ont pris en charge l’exécution du projet avec un savoir-faire exceptionnel, et ces vidéos captent l’avancement du chantier, de la structure brute à l’espace de travail final. Notre mission était de créer un design de qualité qui répond aux besoins contemporains tout en valorisant le bâtiment existant.
Nous avons conçu avec notre maître d’ouvrage un plateau modulable comprenant deux open-spaces, une salle de réunion, des bureaux fermés et des phoneboxes installées dans les lucarnes. Le travail de la charpente apparente, des matériaux et des équipements techniques a permis de créer un cadre de travail moderne tout en préservant l’histoire du lieu.

Ce projet de cuisine sur mesure, réalisé dans un appartement haussmannien à Paris, reflète notre approche intégrée, où chaque élément de design est conçu pour s’harmoniser avec l’architecture existante tout en apportant un éclat contemporaine.
Dans ce projet, l’îlot central en métal embossé et les matériaux tels que le palissandre et le granit brésilien sont choisis pour apporter chaleur et élégance à l’espace. L’agencement minutieux des éléments crée un équilibre visuel qui respecte la fluidité du plan tout en soulignant la fonctionnalité et l’esthétique de la cuisine. Ce projet illustre notre volonté de marier tradition et modernité tout en répondant aux exigences pratiques d’un espace de vie contemporain.

Voici le processus de conception d’un duplex sous les toits à Paris 18e. La première image montre la première intention en maquette 3D du projet dans sa version « blanche », esquissant l’espace et le nouvel escalier dessiné pour remplacer l’échelle de meunier ancienne. La deuxième photo montre l’état final une fois les travaux achevés. Ce projet de restructuration lourde a permis de transformer cet espace en un appartement contemporain, tout en respectant les contraintes du bâti existant.

Here’s the design process for a duplex apartment under the roof in Paris 18e. The first image shows the 3D model of the project in white, with the sketch of the space and the newly designed staircase to replace the old attic ladder. The second photo shows the final result once the works were completed. This major renovation project transformed the space into a modern apartment, while respecting the existing building constraints.
