お友達と「叉焼＆皮付き豚バラ肉の焼物」と
「特製貝柱入り揚げシューマイ」を頼んで
2人でシェアしました☺️👌
ランチには青菜炒め、
スープ、搾菜、ごはんがついてます✨
お肉と揚げシューマイ食べられたから
とっても価値あるランチー♡
お肉も美味しかったけど、
揚げシューマイは
旨味の詰まった肉団子みたいで
ジューシィだった♡
ポット🫖のお茶は凍頂烏龍茶。
なくなったらお湯を入れてくれたりして
ありがたい♡

玉ねぎ、人参、セロリたっぷり！
全てみじん切りにして
ニンニクとオリーブオイルと少しの塩で
しっかり！じっくり炒めて。
ひき肉を入れて炒めて
トマト缶投入！水分が
いい感じになるまで炒め煮して
茅乃舎の減塩野菜だしと塩胡椒で味つけ。
ん？粉チーズも入れたかな？

野菜に対してひき肉少ないけど
お肉の旨みがしっかりと野菜にうつるから
野菜がお肉みたいに感じるなぁ♡
野菜の甘さがすごく優しい
